Fish cake in Miso soup, Rolled Omelette Okonomiyaki and Rice Ball🤍
Ingredients for Miso Soup
-Daikon
-Green Onion
-Carrot
-Mushroom
-Fish Cake (you can replace with any pork cuts)
-Scallion
-Organic Miso Paste
-Dashi Stock
-Soy Sauce
-Sesame Seeds
-Sesame Oil
Ingredients for Rolled Omelette Okonomiyaki
-Eggs (I used 4 eggs for 2 person)
-Dashi Powder
-Canola Oil
-Okonomiyaki Sauce
-Japanese Mayonaise
-Aonori
-Dried Bonito Flakes
Ingredients for Rice Ball
-Cooked Short-Grain Rice, Preferrably Japanese Rice
-Sesame Oil
-Sesame Seeds
-Furikake
On making the Miso soup, be careful with adding the soy sauce, since Miso Paste is already salty. Dissolve Miso Paste with some hot stock before adding into the soup.
On making Rolled Omelette, heat is the key here. Make sure you're comfortable with adjusting the heat as you go. Find the perfect balance and only practice makes perfection.
On making Rice Ball, Furikake could be very salty. Be sure you know how strong it tastes.
Now Enjoy! Making this whole meal is fun and very yummy to eat too.

亲人来访,考虑到这份餐点可能要带到机场或机上食用,于是用了纸盒。
多年前在北海道,试了日式五目炊饭,记得当年在气氛很好的日式餐厅,一大家子围着用晚餐,那幸福的滋味一直是那次旅程的重点回忆。这味道能在家中复制吗?凭想象第一次试做,结果味道很不错,父皇和亲人都喜欢。日本米先浸泡半小时,加水1:1,加入鸿喜菇、萝卜、玉米粒、粟子,再加入有机昆布酱油调味,全部一起煮熟。还欠一目,由海苔丝顶上。我想初掀盖时再拌入一块牛油会更完美。
清烫羊角豆向來是便當料理 CP 值很高的配菜,清烫两分钟左右,加上少少酱油,洒上烤芝麻和本枯节丝,是逼迫父皇一次吃进很多蔬菜的用心良苦计。
Wild Caught Pacific Sole,中译鲽鱼或龙脷鱼,肉质很嫰,用盐和胡椒粉醃过,拍上玉米粉,薄煎之。味道超赞,中午再煎几片,不出所料,很受大小格格欢迎,存货就这样吃完了,又要再进货了。
今日的纸盒便当是朝着凉食也可口的方向努力,结果还算成功,看来真的可以考虑炒老板鱿鱼开始售便当了,有人会想下订吗?哈

鱼饼是牛车水小贩中心,酿豆腐档口买的,一片Sgd0.60,已经炸好,回到家只需要放进 air fryer 翻热兼逼出多余油脂,就很好吃了!格格们吃鲳鱼,本母后吃鱼饼呗!本地巴刹美食加上日式风格,一点也不违和哦……
大小格格吃得好欢喜,大格格说:“这是全世界最好吃的 curry rice 哦!” 呵呵,我的小孩好好骗哦…… 🤣🤣🤣

【材料】(保存期間:冷蔵で約4日)
●キュウリ:5本
●大根:1/3本
●人参:1本
●大葉:10枚
●小葱(万能ネギ):1束
●塩(板ずり用)
●めんつゆ(3~4倍濃縮):小さじ2(白だしでもOK)
●醤油:大さじ1
●ナンプラー(魚醤):大さじ1
●コチュジャン:小さじ1(辛いのが好きな方はもっと入れても美味しいよ)
●お酒:50ml
●みりん:50ml
●生姜:にんにくの2倍くらい
●にんにく:1片
●砂糖:小さじ1(ラカントにするとさらに糖質抑えられます)
●韓国唐辛子(粗目):大さじ1と1/2~大さじ2(普通の一味唐辛子を使う場合は同じ量だとかなり辛くなるので必ず味見しながら量を調節してあげて下さい)
●かつおの粉:大さじ1/2~2/3
●塩昆布:大さじ1
●もしあったら塩辛:小さじ1
●ごま油:小さじ2
●炒りごま:お好み量
※今回の量だとそこまで辛くないので辛いのがお好きな方は追加コチュジャンや唐辛子を足して下さい。
※辛いのが苦手な方はコチュジャンを普通の味噌にして下さい。
※ナンプラーが苦手な方は醤油に変更してもOK
※最後に必ず味見をして味の濃さは決めてあげてね

暑い夏でもバリボリ無限に食べれてしまう
『超やべぇやみつきHOTキュウリ』を作りました。
名前にホットと付いているんですけど辛さは自分好みに出来ますし
今回の量だとそこまで辛くない旨味の強い味付けになってます。
色んな出汁の旨味を吸った人参と大根がとにかく旨すぎて
それをからめて食べるキュウリは超絶品!
白飯、酒、肉が無限にいけてまう!ほど強烈なやみつき度合いです🤤
ちなみにオクラなど、他の夏野菜を漬けても最高に美味しいですよ♪
作り方は特製のタレに漬けるだけ!!
とっても簡単なので是非作ってみて下さい。
とりあえず人参と大根は山盛りをオススメしますw
【Ingredients】 (Preservation period: about 4 days refrigerated)
● Cucumber: 5
● Daikon Radish: 1/3
● Carrot: 3
● Shiso leaves: 10
● 1 bunch of scallions
● Salt (For cleaning the cucumbers)
● Noodle soup (3 to 4 times concentrated): 2 teaspoons (You can also use white soup stock)
● Soy sauce: 1 tablespoon
● Nam Pla: 1 tablespoon
● Gochujang: 1 teaspoon (If you like it spicy, you can add more)
● Sake: 50ml
● Mirin: 50ml
● Ginger: about twice as much as garlic
● Garlic: 1 clove
● Sugar: 1 teaspoon (you can use LAKANTO for even less sugar)
● Korean chili pepper (coarse): 1&1/2 to 2 tablespoons (if you use regular chili pepper, the same amount will be too spicy, so be sure to taste and adjust the amount)
● Bonito powder: 1/2 to 2/3 tablespoon.
● Salted kelp: 1 tablespoon if available
● Sesame oil: 2 teaspoons
● Roasted sesame seeds: as desired
※ If you like spicy food, please add more gochujang or chili pepper.
※ If you don't like it spicy, replace gochujang with regular miso.
※ If you don't like Nam Pla, you can change it to soy sauce.
※ Be sure to taste it at the end to determine the intensity of the flavor.

You can eat it endlessly even in hot summer.
I made "Amazingly Yummy Hot Cucumbers".
The name says "hot," but you can adjust the spiciness to your liking, and with this amount, it's not that hot.
The carrots and daikon radish that have absorbed the flavor of the various broths are just too good, and the cucumber that you eat with it is just superb!
You can eat unlimited amounts of rice, sake, and meat! It's so addictive!
By the way, you can also pickle other summer vegetables such as okra.
All you have to do is to dip them in the special sauce!!
It's very easy to make, so please try it.
I recommend using a lot of carrots and daikon lol

Cold noodle with shrimp and summer vegetables(for 1 serving)
1 portion Ramen noodle
2 shrimp
3 sliced zucchini
some marinated carrot and onion
1 okura
1/2 Aji tamago
100cc sauce
some sesame seeds
special lemon sauce(cc)
300 ml water
1.5 tsp chicken stock powder.
40 ml lemon juice
80 ml soy sauce
60 ml vinegar
40 g sugar
1 tsp sesame oil
Marinated carrot and onion
1/2 carrot
1/4 onion
1 pinch salt
1 tbsp water
1 tsp EXV olive oil
1 tsp vinegar
some salt
Aji Tamago(for 4 servings)
2 egg
30 ml Mentsuyu

One day I saw Bibimbap on my daughter's elementary school lunch menu and wondered how they serve it. I asked her teacher and learned that they make it in one pot!
It is a great idea if you quickly want to make it in a large batch for your family 😉

One-Pot Bibimbap (Korean Mixed Rice with Meat and Vegetables in a Japanese school lunch style)
Difficulty: Easy
Time: 30min
Number of servings: 4 servings
Ingredients:
200g(7oz.) pork or beef slices (or ground meat is ok)
200g(7oz.) bean sprouts
200g(7oz.) spinach
100g(3.5oz.) carrot
1 clove grated garlic
1 tbsp. grated ginger
* 2 tbsp. soy sauce
* 2 tbsp. sugar
* 1 tbsp. Sake (white wine or you can skip it)
* 1 tbsp. chicken soup stock powder
* 1 tbsp. Miso
* 1 tsp. Gochujang (you can skip it if you think it is too hot for kids)
cooking oil
sesame oil
toasted white sesame seeds
2 eggs
800g(1.7lb.) cooked white rice
Directions:
1. Cut meat into bite-size pieces. Cut carrot into thin strips. Cut spinach into an inch pieces. Wash bean sprouts and drain well.
2. In a deep frying pan or a pot, heat 1 tbsp. of cooking oil and make scrambled eggs. Mix in rice and set aside.
3. In the same pan, bring water to a boil and parboil carrot strips, spinach, and bean sprouts. Drain well and set aside.
4. In the same pan, heat 1 tbsp. of cooking oil and heat garlic and ginger until fragrant. Then add meat and cook until no longer pink.
5. Add the vegetables. Mix the seasonings * and add into the pan. Season with salt and pepper if necessary. Finish with 1 tbsp. of sesame oil.
6. Serve the meat and vegetables on top of the rice with scrambled eggs. Garnish with toasted white sesame seeds to finish.
