題目: 六步提升你的領袖能力 (6 Steps to Become A Better Leader) based on Harvard Professor Robert Steven Kaplan's teaching and his 3 books.

我也算是ADHD, 年輕時跌跌撞撞的.
但是如果懂得規劃自己, 是可以走出一片天
你說的對ADHD缺少多工的能力. 一次只能專注一件事情
你要訓練自己兩件事
1. 結構化自己的生活和工作
2. 標準化自己作事的SOP
這樣可以避免生活上一團亂.
凡事習慣先去作大分類. 然後再一件一件完成.
比如工作,習慣作一個TO DO LIST. 每天固定時間檢討.
另外如有需要最好尋求醫療資源.
利他能可以幫助專心.
有些成人ADHD可能還需其他精神科用藥幫助.
工作上要找到合適自己的工作.
有些ADD適合創造性. 有些適合業務
自己剛出社會可以不斷探索

: 還有班上也有跟我一樣症狀的人
: 因為當時我一直換工作
: 怕我失去信心 所以沒跟我說!
: 當時聽到這段話 真的不知道該如何面對
: 最後是導師跟我們家人講我有這方面的問題
: 心理壓力有減少一些
: 但一想到未來就頭痛
: 家裡經濟狀況又不穩定
: 媽媽精神狀況也不是很好
: 妹妹又要讀大學
: 我當時明白了 我只能作簡單的工作
: 但是做了簡單的工作 親戚又會說你不夠努力
: 我壓力相當大
: 每天都在想這事! 非常痛苦!
: 我過的每一天都是在等待希望!
: 難道得到這種病的人,都只能這樣過每一天嗎
: 我們只能看著自己在工作上承受壓力,一個大人犯三歲小孩的錯!
: 為什麼社會上就沒有更多資源可以幫助我們這些人呢?
