The downpour yesterday afternoon did not dampen spirits at my #ChineseNewYear Garden Party at the Istana!
Happy to host 4,200 grassroots advisors, leaders, volunteers, and community leaders together with Cabinet members. I hope everyone had a festive afternoon filled with music, fun, and delicious hawker fare.
My sincere thanks to our grassroots advisors, leaders, and volunteers for their tireless service. Their unceasing efforts and good work with the various communities help make Singapore a better home for all. Thank you as well to The People’s Association staff, the performers, and interest groups for making the party enjoyable for all, and also to the hawkers who filled our bellies with their yummy food.
