I've always made fun of people who drink coffee every morning. Because they develop a physical dependence on it. Meaning as time goes by each morning they will wake up more and more tired. And need that coffee more and more. Until there comes a day when they need to drink the coffee just to feel like how they used to feel....before they ever drank coffee.
Anyway.....I became one of those idiots. I used to drink a cup or two per week. Usually before my vlogs. Which worked well.
But then to save money I started making my own coffees at home. And with it being cheap....and easily accessible. I began drinking daily. At first one cup per day. Then two.
So my home ran out of coffee. And I decided to quit it. Didn't have a single cup yesterday. And this morning I woke up with a killer headache. I never get headaches. My last one was years ago.
I went to google "coffee withdrawal" and as soon as I typed "coffee" "coffee withdrawal" was third on the suggested list. So....it's an issue for many people. And headaches top the list of symptoms.
Don't be dumb like me. Don't become physically addicted to a drug.
"It's only coffee, bro." Yeah....it's only something unhealthy that I need to take....so that I can feel like I used to normally feel. And If I don't take it.....I feel pain. Yeah....only coffee.
