Chú Chánh cho biết năm 1996 cả gia đình chú rời Quảng Ngãi vào Sài Gòn bán bánh xèo. Tuy nhiên, do nghề cực nên theo thời gian trong mấy anh em chỉ có mình vợ chồng chú còn trụ lại. Nhờ có nghề bánh xèo mà cô chú mua được nhà Sài Gòn, nuôi con du học rồi định cư ở Phần Lan.

Bánh xèo đổ bằng bếp cũi với giá, tôm và thịt ướp sả, ăn kèm với rau sống, bánh tráng. Mỗi cái bánh xèo có giá 7.000 đồng.

Chú Chánh bán từ 16 giờ mỗi ngày tại 153 Trần Xuân Soạn, quận 7. Địa chỉ này nằm ngay ngã ba Tân Mỹ, Trần Xuân Soạn, quận 7 nhé các bạn.

Mr. Chanh said that in 1996, his whole family left Quang Ngai and went to Saigon to sell pancakes. However, due to the extreme career, over time, among the brothers, only he and his wife remained. Thanks to the job of pancakes, her uncle bought a Saigon house, raised her children to study abroad and then settled in Finland.

Pancake is poured in a crib with bean sprout, shrimp and lemongrass meat, served with raw vegetables, rice paper. Each pancake costs 7,000 VND.
