今天來介紹一下我在超市最喜歡買的飲品♪
第一次到超市時 真的不知如何選購 種類繁多 而且倫敦也是個大城市 各個國家的食品也能在這裏買到唷!
也包括香港引而為傲的蠔油 和 公仔麵了 ( ´∀`)
當然也包括很多看到也不知道是什麼的東東(゚∀゚)
今天想先介紹一下飲料類
很久以前在香港曾經也有的lactulose free milk 是其中一個選購對象
因為對牛奶比較敏感 所以以前香港有售的時候也買很多 但不知道是不是不好賣 突然就消失了 所以也很少喝牛奶
在英國 超市很多時候會有一個專櫃放lactulose free 的產品 除了牛奶有whole milk, semi skimmed, skimmed, chocolate等等選擇 你還會看到牛油 yogurt cream等等的副產品 讓不能喝牛奶的人也可以大買特買 太貼心了♥︎
價錢嘛 相比像水一樣的牛奶 當然貴點 平時牛奶一大枝大約1.4磅 所以很多時候也會待特價1磅時大手入貨( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)! 另一個最近的新寵是 植物奶♪
可能很多人也認識 是比牛奶少脂肪的替代品
在主打健康飲食的英國 植物奶也是大受歡迎
所以種類也超多啦!!!
我最喜歡的有soy milk, oat milk 和 hazelnut milk!
超市還有 coconut milk, almond milk, cashew milk等等
也有sweetened, lightly sweetened, unsweetened 的選擇
價錢跟lactulose free的牛奶差不多 而且更健康
這些植物奶除了普通食用 更可以用來做pancake muffin 甚至咖啡用
有時到coffee shop 喝的coconut milk matcha latte 也可以在家自製 (這兩款在一起意外地適合!)
朋友還提議hazelnut milk 加朱古力粉超撘唷!大家可以試試看!
1.4磅的價錢 還要是新鮮的 相比起香港平太多了
大家來英國時 不要再只試平過水的牛奶 也試試看這些植物奶吧 可能一試愛上呢!(*´꒳`*) 最後 最後 推薦的!

所以我也是多數喝某先生的橙汁 但愈喝感覺愈來愈不像鮮榨的感覺(?)

我比較喜歡有果肉的 口感比較實在

Chocolate Protein Oat
(Serves 1)
1/2 cup rolled oats
2 tsp Granulated stevia (to taste)
1 tsp white Chia seeds
1 serve protein powder
1/2 cup almond milk unsweetened
1/2 cup water
Put the lid on. Give it a good shake. Put in the fridge overnight.

オーブンでオートミール
6人分
材料:
ココナッツオイル(溶かしておく) 大さじ2 1/2
クランベリー(またはお好みのフルーツ)250g
オートミール 175g
クルミ(粗く砕いておく) 50g
ココナッツフレーク(無糖)20g+大さじ2
シナモン 小さじ1 1/2
生姜パウダー 小さじ1/2
塩 小さじ1
牛乳 480ml
メープルシロップ 55g+盛り付け用に少々
卵 1個
バニラエクストラクト 小さじ2
牛乳かヨーグルト(盛り付け用)
塩(盛り付け用)
作り方:
1. オーブンを180˚Cに予熱しておく。
2. 22x22cmの耐熱皿にココナッツオイル大さじ1/2を塗り、クランベリー190gを入れる。
3. ボウルにオートミール、クルミ、ココナッツフレーク20g、シナモン、生姜パウダー、塩を入れて混ぜ合わせる。
4. 別のボウルにココナッツオイル大さじ2、牛乳、メープルシロップ、卵、バニラエクストラクトを入れて混ぜる。(3)に流し込んでざっくり混ぜ合わせる。
5. (2)の耐熱皿に(4)を入れ、残りのクランベリーとココナッツフレークをトッピングする。
6. 焼き色がつくまで、オーブンで30〜40分焼く。
7. お好みで牛乳、ヨーグルト、塩、メープルシロップで盛り付けたら、完成!
Easy Baked Oatmeal
For 6 Servings
Ingredients:
2 ½ tablespoons coconut oil, melted, divided
2 cups cranberry(250 g), divided
1 ¾ cups old fashioned rolled oat(175 g)
½ cup walnuts(50 g), chopped
¼ cup unsweetened coconut flake(20 g), plus 2 tablespoons, divided
1 ½ teaspoons cinnamon
½ teaspoon ground ginger
1 teaspoon salt
2 cups milk(480 mL)
¼ cup maple syrup(55 g), plus more to serving
1 egg
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
milk, or yogurt, for serving
flaky sea salt, for serving
Preparation:
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (180˚C).
2. Oil a 9x9-inch (22x22-cm) baking dish with ½ tablespoon of the coconut oil and add 1½ cups (190 g) of the cranberries in a single layer.
3. In a large bowl, mix together the rolled oats, walnuts, ¼ cup (20 g) coconut flakes, cinnamon, ginger, and salt.
4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the remaining 2 tablespoons coconut oil, milk, maple syrup, egg, and vanilla. Pour the wet mixture into the dry mixture and stir just to combine.
5. Pour the oat mixture over the cranberry layer in the baking dish and sprinkle with the remaining cranberries and coconut flakes.
6. Bake until the top of the oatmeal is set, 30-40 minutes.
7. Serve warm with milk or yogurt, flaky salt, and maple syrup, if desired.
8. Enjoy!

These are few really simple food swaps to make your desserts and meals much healthier. If this is your first time using a new ingredient, rather than changing the recipe completely, start by swapping a small portion. You might not get it at the right taste or consistency to begin with. But that’s the fun part, keep experimenting until you find the right balance.

1st Layer - EDIBLE SAND
Use either graham crackers, wholewheat or digestive biscuits. Simple place the biscuits into a ziplock bag and crush it using a rolling pin or pastel until you get a sand like texture.
2nd layer - MOIST SOIL
3-ingredient Chocolate Mousse (serves 2)
1) 1 packet (300g) Silken Tofu
2) ¼ cup unsweetened Cocoa Powder
3) 2 - 3 tbsps. Maple Syrup or Honey
Blend all the ingredients until smooth. Pour into a bowl and chill in the fridge for 1 – 2 hours or until slightly firm.
3rd layer - DIRT
Chia Chocolate Muffins (makes 6)
1) ¾ cup Oat Flour
2) ¼ cup unsweetened Cocoa Powder
3) 2 tbsps. Nut Butter
4) 1 part of Chia Mixture: 1 tbsp. Chia Seeds + 3 tbsps. Water
5) ½ cup any Milk
6) 2 tbsps. Maple Syrup or Honey
7) 1 tbsp. Coconut Oil
8) ¼ tsp. Baking Soda
Steps
1) Pre-heat oven to 180°C / 350°F
2) In a large bowl, mix in all the dry ingredients, oat flour, cacao powder and baking soda.
3) In another bowl, mix in all the wet ingredients, milk, chia mixture, coconut oil, maple syrup, and nut butter. Stir until well combined.
4) To make the batter, pour the wet mixture into the dry mixture. Stir until you have a thick and consistent batter.
5) Scoop the batter evenly into 6 muffin tins. Bake for about 15 minutes, until the muffins are cooked through.
6) Allow them to cool down to room temperature and just use your hands to break up the chocolate muffins in chunky crumbles.
4th layer - TOPPINGS
1) Crushed Pistachios
2) Chocolate Covered Nuts and Raisins
3) Edible Chocolate Stones
4) Edible Flowers
STEPS
1) Take about ¼ to 1/3 cup of the crushed biscuits to make the "sand" layer. Spread it out evenly.
2) Next it’s the moist soil. Scoop the chocolate mousse and gently layer it on top of the sand.
3) Let’s put some “dirt” on, which will be the chocolate muffin crumble. Use about 1 - 2 muffins.
4) Now that you have all three layers, let’s decorate it! Sprinkle some crushed pistachio to mimic the “grass”. Then arrange the edible rocks and also chocolate covered nuts and raisins. And for the final touch, place your flowers right in the middle.
And there you have it, a healthy edible chocolate terrarium you can make and gift your family and friends. It’s simple, it’s stunning, it’s healthier and hey, YOU made it!
