終於把 #BodyBalance90 歌單整理好了！
這次有幾首很喜歡的歌曲分享，其中 Massive Attack #TripHOP神曲《Teardrop》，Milosh 以雌雄難辨的空靈啜音，以一人樂團之姿、繼續用 Rhye（萊恩樂團）演唱的《Song for You》，都值得推薦。
其實兩者都很有特色。前者可以一掃秋冬連日綿雨帶來的憂鬱感，後者則是暫且跳脫繁忙工作的緊繃情緒，但共通點就是都很 #療癒。
你不會做瑜珈也沒關係、你不想去旅行也很好，但音樂卻無所限制，可以一直地聽下去....
