Another one of my favourite salads was from Chef Neil Tomes of Beef & Liberty Hong Kong with a Haloumi & Persimmon Salad. 🧀
Despite looking small, this salad was incredibly filling, not to mention delicious!
All seven salads will be available at their respective restaurants (check back for more photos of the other salads!) from June 29 - July 30, and on @deliveroo_hk! 🤗

This classic Italian salad was made by Chef @86vinny from Linguini Fini: Seared Scallop & Homemade Bacon Panzanella with uni and truffle vinaigrette! 😋

Seven restaurants and their respective chefs came together in a "reinventing salads" competition! 🍴
First up: Chef Sing Lau of The Restaurant by The Kinnet with one of my favourites of the evening, the Green Goddess Kale Salad (that avocado yogurt dressing on the side was UNREAL)!
All seven salads (from @thekinnetrestaurant, @linguinifinihk, @beefandliberty, @lilyandbloom, @frescahk, @vietkitchenhk, and @commonroomhk) will be available at each of their restaurants from June 29 - July 30, and on Deliveroo! 🤗
