Terms and conditions:
1. Reservation: Your spot will be confirmed once payment is received.
2. Cancellation: Please give 4 hours of advance notice by WhatsApp if you are unable to attend class.
3. Transferable but non-refundable: Payment made are transferable but non-refundable. You may transfer your spot to a friend or save as credit towards another class by Joyce Fan in Taikoo within 12 months.
4. Health and safety: By enrolling and attending the class, you agree and confirm that you: (a) are in a proper physical condition to participate in the class and understand participation may result in serious physical injury; and (b) understand your physical limitations and will exercise caution when attempting any pose; and (c) will release all claims against Joyce Fan and associated third parties for all injury, damages or losses.
5. Disputes: Joyce Fan reserves the right to make the final decision in case of dispute.
