店內裝潢非常有特色😍,復古西班牙酒館設計,昏暗燈光,胡桃木色為主調,四處都是打卡位唷~我特別喜歡吧枱區和二樓的卡位,都很適合大家拍拍照📷哦~
首次光顧,我們試試餐廳最新推出的Platos Combinados🌟。大廚說,除了人氣漢堡包🍔外,其他菜式會每不定期更換,滿足大家的胃口呀!
前菜有雞肝醬小吐司,吐司香脆,配醬鹹香,配上一杯酒更好。

Platos Combinados意思是把不同種類的Small Bites☺️組合在一起,個人認為有點像西式的All Day Breakfast 啦~食物種類同樣豐富,款式同樣多元化。
我很喜歡吃西班牙紅蝦🦐,雖然體積不大,但肉質鮮味,蝦香濃郁,好好吃哦! 天婦羅三文魚🐟,魚肉鮮嫩,配上墨魚汁,配搭特別。而黑安格斯肉眼扒🥩,則非常軟腍,肉味濃郁,質素同樣不錯呀~

招牌的軟芝士蛋糕🍰,面層燒焦,內餡半溶,流出軟心,配威士忌雪糕很特別呢。
Baker hot chocolate ◢
熱辣辣的焗朱古力榛子蛋糕🍫,配上雪糕後也好吃。

位於中環大館的 Statement 🔸,是一間充滿殖民地特色的摩登英倫🇬🇧餐廳。大館前身是中區警署總部大樓,屬英國殖民時代的建築物,經過活化工程,🥰成為一個古蹟和藝術的新地標。
餐廳設在西翼的頂層🙋🏻♀️,設有室外和室內坐位,室外有古典復古風味,能欣賞大館風景,而室內則走摩登型格路線,以藍💙、黑🖤、白色🤍為主調,低調奢華,同樣是拍照的好地方。
最近,倫敦人氣的西班牙🇪🇸餐廳 Aqua nueva✨首次來港,進駐Statement 三個月,合作推出 5 Course Brunch Menu,大家不能錯過啦! 餐單由倫敦主廚 Chef Gonzalez設計,主打新派西班牙菜和雞尾酒,現在不用搭飛機也能品嚐到當地美味呀。
Brunch Menu💓 包括: Rustic Tomato Bread、Poached egg / Rocket with Pumpkin Purée、Sausage Platter、Beef short ribs / Roasted Octopus、Black Paella / Peppered Rib Eye、Spanish Dessert Platter。愛喝酒的朋友仔,更可加$100-500/人,仼飲2小時哦~
Rustic Tomato 🍞 ,麵包鬆軟,軟熟有彈性,有香濃麵粉香。
Beef short ribs🍖,嫩腍無比的牛小排,搭配千層薯餅,是西班牙著名小食之一。味道極佳,非常好吃,值得推介!
Roasted Octopus🐙,同樣是我喜愛的西班牙Tapas之一! 八爪魚已煮至腍軟,但同時保持彈牙口感,濃郁惹味,建議大家各點一份試試。
Sausage Platter🧀,有齊四種不同種類的火腿,鹹香味道各有千秋,最適合配雞尾酒慢慢品嚐唷。
Rocket with Pumpkin Purée🎃,南瓜蓉滑溜綿密,配上風乾蕃茄和鷹嘴豆,色彩鮮艷豐富。

Los niños fueron a cavar papas y tenemos muchas patatas entonces cocinamos Tortilla de Patatas 💖
Los ingredientes que necesitamos son solamente 4 ingredientes: Patatas, huevos, sal, y
aceite de oliva. Muy sencilla y deliciosa!

Tortilla de Patatas Receta
Dificultad: muy fácil
Tiempo: 30 minutos
Número de porciones: 4
Ingredients:
400g (14oz.) patatas
4 huevos
1/2 cdta. sal
3 cda. aceite de oliva
Directions:
1. Lavar y pelar las patatas y cortarlas en rodajas finas. Revuelve con aceite de oliva dentro de un tazón.
2. Poner en una sartén, tapar y cocinar a fuego lento por 10 minutos. Mezclar una o dos veces mientras se cocina.
3. Machacar un poco y dejar enfriar.
4. Batir los huevos en un bol y ponemos de sal y patatas.
5. Calienta aceite de oliva en una sartén 18cm. Vierte la mezcla de huevo y espera unos segundos a fuego medio hasta que se cocine por los bordes. Tapar y cocinar a fuego lento por 10 minutos.
6. Voltear la tortilla con un plato, dejarla deslizar de nuevo a la sartén, y cocinar a fuego lento por 3 minutos.

Spanish Potato Omelette Recipe
Difficulty: VERY Easy
Time: 30min
Number of servings: 4
Ingredients:
400g (14oz.) potatoes
4 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
3 tbsp. olive oil
Directions:
1. Wash, peel, and slice the potatoes (using a slicer is easy). Toss with olive oil.
2. Put in a pan, cover, and cook on low for 10 minutes, mix once or twice while cooking.
3. Stop the heat, mash a little-bit to give a flaky texture, then leave to cool.
4. Beat eggs in a bowl, season with salt, then mix in the cooked potato slices.
5. Heat olive oil in a 18cm (7inch) frying pan, pour in the egg mixture and cook on medium. When the edges become dry, cover, turn down to low, and cook for 5 minutes.
6. Stop the heat, lift the edges with a spatula, then quickly flip the tortilla onto the plate. Gently slide tortilla back into the pan and cook until set for about 3 minutes. Slide or flip the tortilla onto a clean plate to serve.

Tempranillo, Graciano & Mazuelo
Winemaking & ageing
Fermentation in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature around 28 degree
Prolonged maceration with the skins. The wine is aged for a minimum of 5 years & spends at least 24 months in French oak casks & American oak casks before rounding off in the bottle for minimum 24 months
Tasting notes of CV Gran Reserva
Personally she loves this the most among the 3️⃣. A very smooth fruity tasting. She has enjoyed a glass to end her tapas trails of the night
Ruby-red colour, deep & vibrant. Complex nose. It retains extraordinary well the black fruit aromas (i.e. blackberries, blue berries & plums). Gradually, it opens up to reveal smoky, toasted wood nuances, with spices & hints of minerals & tobacco. On the palate is smooth with soft & velvety tannins, great palate weight, extraordinary balance acidity. Elegant & complex aftertaste, with hints of coffee, chocolate, tobacco & dark fruit
Suggestions of food matches
Delicious with red meat, grills & roasts, game, mature & blue cheeses. Great with lamb stew with chestnuts sauce
Best served at 17-18 degree

Winemaking & ageing
Fermentation in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature around 28 degree
Maceration with skins for approximately 20 days. The wine spends 18 months in French oak casks & American oak casks before rounding off its ageing in the bottle for 18 more months
Tasting notes of CV Reserva
Personally she doesn't really enjoy this middle weight, long complex finish. She felt a bit dry & lack of smooth tasting. Just enjoyed a glass
Ruby-red colour, bright & deep. Intense nose, with a great balance between the fruit (i.e. cherries, black plums, ripe blackberries) & the clean nuances coming from the oak (i.e. clove, pepper. vanilla & coconut), enriched by the complex aromas developed during the bottle ageing. Very attractive on the palate, with ripe fruit & spices, tobacco & toasted oak. Elegant & soft tannins, middle weight, long & complex finish
Suggestions of food matches
Delicious with red meat, grills & roasts, game, mature & blue cheeses. Great with grilled tuna steak/ grilled beef with black pepper
Best served at 16-17 degree
