🔹No unstable working time professionals who will swap time schedules
如果你時間不穩定的話，無法正常來上課，這個課程不適合你
🔹 No college kids, don’t need to hear about why you can’t come to class: midterms, money, part time job, studying, etc. 不要大學生，我不想一直聽到一些理由跟我說你們為什麼不能來上課，期中考，錢不夠，讀書準備考試。要負責任這些事情才可以處理生活其他部分。
🔹Don’t sign up if you’re afraid of being sore, tired or getting sweaty. This isn’t for me, it’s for you. Understand it’s tasking to change your body. 如果你怕酸痛，怕流汗，怕累，怕訓練到疲勞，這個課程不適合你。
🔹Don’t complain about which exercises, sets and or reps I tell you to do. If something is painful/discomfort, obviously I’ll change it, but I’m talking purely about arguing against the workouts because they’re hard. 不要抱怨跟我說那些運動動作太難，太累，不好做等等。本來改變不是簡單拿到的，一定會這樣。如果說你做到很不舒服因為關節痛，肌肉有問題或者遇到姿勢不對，一定要跟我說我才能幫你們改。
🔹No short term clientele: minimum 20 classes at a time ~ 2 or 3 classes per week at minimum. Anything less than that and you’re not getting benefit. 不要短期學生。至少要20堂課，一個禮拜必須要至少上2～3堂課才能有效果。少於2堂課你已經不用再來了。太少沒有用。
🔹If you’re unwilling to change diet, fix alcohol consumption or your sleep schedule to fit your goals, then this course isn’t for you. 如果不願意借酒，改變飲食習慣，睡眠，健康程度的話這也不適合你。你需要能夠想要把自己變好，有中心在健康想法範圍內才會有進步。要能夠接受這些改變才會變成更好。
🔹I don’t sell bullshit, I sell results. Tracking will be a thing. 我不是賣爛的教學。我賣的教學會有效果。記得我無法24/7跟你們本人在一起。時間陪我只有一次一個小時，其他時間必須要負責任，外面訓練完亂吃，亂喝，不認真做心肺鼓勵下去不能怪我說我什麼都不會教課因為你自己不認真不是我的問題。你們自己需要有負責任在課程之外時間控制自己。我會紀錄進步速度還有我們上課運動的內容計畫一下長期時間的訓練課程。

Hi everyone!
I’m excited to finally share this new project with everyone!End of December I received a call from the renowned Pauian development company to decorate their new show house.Being myself passioned about interior design and home decoration I immediately accepted this new challenge. It was such a rewarding experience to work with professionals and I shot two episodes to share with everyone the whole process.Here is the first one introducing this project, my vision for this space and my definition of a home. Stay tuned next week for the second episode!

在本次北院所展出的每件御藏珍品背後，讓人聯想到清宮造辦處匠師們的職人精神，他們將生命奉獻給皇室，畢生投身藝術，只求做好一件事。對照現今的臺灣，同樣也有著許多各行各業的平凡人物，每天堅守在自己的崗位，無私無我、奉獻生命的敬業態度。
不論是過去的宮廷匠師，還是現在的平民凡夫，如出一轍的職人精神，古今皆然。「呼畢勒罕—清代活佛文物大展」(北院版)影片的創意表現，以「堅持是職人不變的精神」的觀點，透過不同面向的職人精神，看見展品的極致工藝之美，藉此向古今職人致敬。

The film introduces the ultimate beauty of the artifacts from the Qing imperial collection and salutes the spirit endeavors of the artisans
The artisans in the Qing imperial court dedicated their life to creating countless sophisticated and exquisite artifacts, pursing the ultimate beauty. Their endeavorsy remind us of the modern professionals’ devotion to their work and duty. The exhibition “The Kubilighan:, Tthe Incarnated Lamas of the Qing Dynasty and Related Artifacts” in the National Palace Museum, gives us a glimpse of the persistence and achievement of the artisans in the Qing imperial court.

筍工成日聽，咁最辛苦嘅工呢？呢兩日網上勁多人廣傳呢條短片，幾日不到就有超過500萬人次點擊。
片段講有幾個人透過網上視像見工，份工銜頭好勁，叫做「Director of Operations」，不過呢份工每周工作135小時以上，聖誕新年都要返，無人工無病假，面試者聽後即想掟cam發脾氣走人；這時候主持人詞鋒一轉，強調世上有千千萬萬人返緊呢份工，結果面試的人都被感動了！
5月第2個星期日就是母親節，大家想好和親愛的媽媽到哪裡慶祝嗎？還是已經忘記母親的辛勞，變成毫不重要的節日？
外國有賀卡公司訛稱聘請高職，透過視像跟應徵者面試，在鏡頭前提出多項難以達到的要求，包括24小時on call、隨時準備工作、節日時特別忙碌、沒有時間睡覺及休息、要精於醫學、烹任及財務，而且薪金是零！
看着求職者臉容逐漸變黑，面試官卻說世上有數以億計人正在擔任這個職位，那就是天下間的偉大母親。
