Harini aku mengidam Ikea Meatballs, tapi sumpah malas nak drive pergi sana
Haritu nak pergi sana, sangkut jam sampai 2 jam, aku rasa macam potato duduk dalam kereta lelama. First time rasa macam hidup berlalu pergi, I cant get that time back.
Campur pulak kematu punggung sebab duduk lama sangat. Serius. Lepas tu bila sampai sana, nak bungkus, lupa bawak bekas sendiri *&$#%#% … Double whammy!
So, why not harini kita buat meatballs ala ikea, so tak payah drive pergi sana dah, buat sendiri je
Bahan-bahan:
🌕 bebola daging, try cari brand marina kalau ada (meatballs)
🌕 1 biji bawang besar/Holland dipotong (1 blended onion)
🌕 2 sudu mentega masin (salted butter)
🌕 2 sudu tepung gandum (2 spoons of flour)
🌕 1 cawan air (2 cups of water)
🌕 2-3 pati daging lembu (2-3 beef stock)
🌕 ¼ cawan krim masam / yogurt (¼ cup cooking cream / yogurt)
🌕 Daun parsley (Parsley)
🌕 3 sudu sos tiram (3 sudu sos tiram)
Cara-cara:
🌕 Panaskan minyak dalam rice cooker
🌕 Masak dulu meatballs (ada je yang ready made kat Giant/tesco), beli yang tu je
🌕 Bila dah masak, keluarkan meatballs
🌕 Masukkan bawang besar yang diblended tadi bersama 2 sudu salted butter
🌕 Bila dah cair dan panas, masukkan tepung gandum, sambil-sambil tu kacau, jangan bagi melekat
🌕 Masukkan 2-3 kiub pati daging lembu, 1 cawan air dan ½ kotak cooking cream, tunggu sekejap
🌕 Bila dah berbuih panas, masukkan 3 sudu oyster sauce sampai jadi brown
🌕 Last sekali masukkan parsley
Ni resipi hacking, cari menu faveret kat kedai, lepas tu buat balik, wahahahha

Today I'm craving Ikea Meatballs, but I swear I'm lazy to drive there
That day I'm going there, stuck in 2 hours, I feel like a potato sitting in a long car. First time feeling like life passes by, I cant get that time back.
Mixed with the back because it's sitting for too long. Seriously. After that when you get there, you want to wrap it, forget to bring your own container *&$#%#%... Double whammy!
So, why not today we make meatballs ala Ikea, so no need to drive there anymore, just do it yourself
Ingredients:
🌕 meatballs, try to find marina brand if you have meatballs)
🌕 1 large onion / Holland cut (1 blended onion)
🌕 2 spoonful of salted butter (salted butter)
🌕 2 spoonful of wheat flour (2 spoons of flour)
🌕 1 cups of water (2 cups of water)
🌕 2-3 beef pati (2-3 beef stock)
🌕 ¼ cup of sour cream / yogurt (¼ cup cooking cream / yogurt)
🌕 Parsley leaves (Parsley)
🌕 3 spoonful of oyster sauce (3 spoonful of oyster sauce)
Ways:
🌕 Heat the oil in the rice cooker
🌕 Cook meatballs first (there are only those who are ready made at Giant / Tesco), just buy them
🌕 When you cook, release meatballs
🌕 Insert the onion that was blended just now with 2 tablespoons salted butter
🌕 When it's melted and hot, insert the wheat flour, while it's disturbed, don't stick it
🌕 Insert 2-3 cubes of beef, 1 cups of water and ½ box of cooking cream, wait a minute
🌕 When it's hot bubbles, put in 3 spoonful of oyster sauce until it becomes brown
🌕 Lastly insert parsley
This is a hacking recipe, looking for a favorite menu at the shop, then make it back, wahahaha

Chicken, Mushroom & Spinach Risotto
Ingredients:
2 cups Arborio rice
2 chicken thigh pieces (diced or sliced into pieces)
1.1 liter vegetable or chicken stock (else use 1 cube chicken stock & water)
2 tbsp olive oil
80g unsalted butter
2 cups baby spinach leaves
2 cloves garlic (finely crushed)
1 medium onion (finely chopped)
700g Swiss brown mushrooms (sliced)
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 ½ tbsp. cumin powder
Salt and Pepper to season
Basil leaves for garnishing
Instructions:
1. Heat up olive oil and 1/3 of the butter.
2. Add chopped garlic and cook for 20-30 seconds.
3. Combine chopped onions and cumin powder and allow to cook for a minute till soft.
4. Add in the chicken to brown, then add in mushrooms, followed by rice and stir well.
5. Add in vegetable stock and bring to a boil.
6. Close pressure cooker lid, bring it to pressure and cook on high pressure for 7 minutes.
7. Remove from heat and release the pressure.
8. Stir in basil leaves and baby spinach and cover back the lid to let the greens wilt for a few minutes. The heat from the rice should cook the greens.
9. Stir in remaining butter + parmesan cheese and serve hot.

Chicken Risotto Recipe
Ingredients:
2 cups Arborio rice

Green Curry Clams by Jimmy’s Table
I love this dish because it’s so simple to make and goes well with rice. There are a few variations for making this, but I wanted to share with you my version of green curry clams.
Ingredients 食材:
Soup 湯汁:
1 can of Coconut milk (椰⼦奶)
1 can of Green curry paste (綠咖喱醬)
1 cup of Chicken stock (雞湯)
1 tablespoon fish sauce (⿂露)
1 cup garlic (切片⼤蒜) - sliced
1 tablespoon sugar (糖)
1 Large “non-spicy” red chili - (⼤紅辣椒-非辣)
1 Spicy Red Chilis (⼩辣椒) - sliced and used if you want it spicy(若是你想吃辣的⼝味可以加入)
Fresh Herbs Ingredients 新鮮香草:
2 cups Kaffir Lime Leaves (卡菲爾⽯灰葉) - if you can’t find kaffir lime leaves, you can use lime zest or lime juice. (可以⽤青檸檬⽪或者青檸檬汁來代替)
1 cup Cilantro (香菜) - leaves only
1 cup Basil (九層塔) - leaves only
Main Food 主食:
1 kg of Clams - be sure to soak them in cold, salt water for 30 minutes to get rid of the sand from the clams (1公⽄蛤蠣) *記住蛤蜊需要預先泡鹽⽔30分鐘來吐沙
Step 1
Prepare sliced large “non-spicy” chilies and sliced garlic to be added into the curry later. 步驟 1 將不辣的辣椒切成薄長片,蒜頭也切成薄片,備⽤。
Step 2
Heat up a pot and add in 1/2 can of coconut milk to heat up until the coconut milk starts to reduce and turn a bit into coconut oil mixed with coconut milk. This takes about 5-10 minutes. 步驟 2 將鍋⼦加熱後,放入1/2罐的椰奶,持續加熱⾄椰漿 收汁並且呈現椰⼦油跟椰奶的狀態,⼤約需要煮個 5-10分鐘左右。
Step 3
Add in 2 spoonfuls of green curry paste and stir in, and then add in 1/2 cup of chicken stock to dilute the curry and make it more soupy. You can use the chicken stock saved from the pomelo chicken salad dish, or if you don’t want to make chicken stock, you can buy pre-made stock from any grocery store. 步驟 3 在鍋中加入2湯匙的綠咖哩醬攪拌均勻,接著再加入 1/2杯的雞⾁⾼湯(湯⽔)來稀釋湯汁。(你可以使 ⽤先前煮雞胸⾁所使⽤的湯⽔加入或是購買雞⾼湯來 加入)
Step 4
Stir in garlic slices. 步驟 4 加入⼤蒜片後攪拌。
Step 5
Add in 1 tablespoon of fish sauce for extra flavor. 步驟 5 加入⼀湯鑰匙⿂露醬汁,可以增添鹹的風味。
Step 6
Stir in large “non-spicy” chilies. If you like it spicy, you can add in a few slices of spicy chili peppers. 步驟 6 將不辣的辣椒片放入鍋中,如果想做辣的綠咖哩蛤蠣 ,可以切⼀些會辣的⼩辣椒加入。
Step 7
Add in 1/2 cup of the coconut milk and taste. If it needs more curry flavor, add more curry paste in. If it needs to be more salty, add in more fish sauce. Also, if you like your curry a little sweeter, you can add in a tablespoon of sugar at this time. 步驟7 將剩餘1/2罐的椰奶加入鍋中,若是想要咖哩味道重 ⼀些,可以再依喜好⾃⾏調整加入咖哩醬,若是想 要鹹⼀些,可以加⿂露。若是想要有甜的風味,可 以在此步驟加入⼀湯匙的砂糖。
Step 8
Add in the clams as they cook very fast. 步驟 8 蛤蠣因為很快就會熟了,所以現在才適合加入鍋中。
Step 9
When the clams start to open up, add in kaffir lime leaves, cilantro and basil. These herbs turn brown if you cook them too long, so they are added towards the end. 步驟9 當蛤蠣開始開⼝熟的時候,在鍋中加入卡菲爾⽯灰葉、 香菜以及九層塔。香草容易變黃,不能煮太久,所以都 是在要起鍋之前才加入喔!
Step 10
Stir for 1 minute and serve directly out of the pot! 步驟10 再稍微煮⼀下就可以起鍋摟!

1) Lean minced meat - 350g
2) Prawns, diced - 150g
3) Nonya curry paste - 80g
4) Egg - 1
5) Onion, diced - ½
6) Basil leaves, chopped - 50g
7) Kaffir lime leaves, finely chopped - 3
8) Canola oil - 1 tbsp
Seasoning
1) Water - 1 tbsp
2) Honey - ½ tbsp
3) A dash of white pepper
4) Cornstarch - 1 tbsp
Vegetables
1) Canola oil - 2 tbsp.
2) Spinach - 500g.
3) Garlic cloves, minced or thinly sliced - 2
4) Soy sauce - 1 tbsp
5) A dash of pepper
Method
1) In a large bowl, evenly combine minced meat, prawn and nonya curry paste.
2) Add egg, onion, basil leaves and kaffir lime leaves. Mix well.
3) Add seasoning and mix until sticky.
4) Shape mixture unto 12 round patties.
5) Heat oil in a non-stick pan and pan-fry over medium heat until cooked.
6) Place patties on absorbent paper to remove excess oil. Keep warm and set aside.
7) Heat up 2 tsp canola oil in a non-stick pan, fry garlic for 1 minute.
8) Add spinach leaves and fry until just wilted. Season with light soy sauce and pepper.
9) Serve with a bowl of brown rice or wholegrain noodles.

串焼きを頬張りながらのビールにハイボール、、1日の疲れを癒す最高の瞬間を、おうちで!
炭火焼じゃなくたって、みんなでわいわい串打ちし、乾杯すれば、美味しさはカクベツ。
00:00 ねぎま焼き鳥
00:34 マッシュルームのベーコン巻き

おうちで居酒屋気分!4種のフライパン串焼きのレシピ
しょうゆだれ
材料:約1カップ分
しょうゆ 240ml
酢 60ml
酒 60ml
砂糖 50g
1.鍋にすべての材料を入れて沸騰させ、とろみがつくまで煮立てる。
2.火から下ろしておいておく。
ねぎま焼き鳥
材料:6-8本分
鶏もも肉(3cm角に切る) 450g
長ねぎ(3cm幅に切る)1/3カップ
しょうゆだれ 120ml
なたね油 小さじ3
竹串(約18cm)6-8本
青ねぎ(小口切り)適量
1.鶏もも肉と長ねぎを交互に竹串に刺す。
2.フライパンになたね油を熱し、(1)を3-4本ずつ中火で焼く。片面が焼けたらうら返し、両面に焼き色をつける。
3.焼き色がついたら両面にしょうゆだれを塗り、時々うら返しながら焼く。(約4分)
4.皿に盛り、青ねぎをかけたら、完成!
マッシュルームのベーコン巻き
材料:8本分
ベーコン 8枚
ブラウンマッシュルーム(縦半分に切る)2カップ
塩コショウ 少々
なたね油 大さじ3
竹串(約18cm)6-8本
1.竹串にベーコンの端を刺し、マッシュルームを刺す。ベーコンがじゃばら状になるようにして、マッシュルームと交互に刺していく。
2.フライパンになたね油を熱し、(1)を3-4本ずつ中火で焼く。塩コショウをふり、片面が焼けたらうら返しす。うら面にも塩コショウをふって焼き、両面に焼き色をつける。
3.ベーコンがカリカリに焼けたら皿に盛って、完成!
つくね焼き鳥
材料:6-8本分
鶏ひき肉 450g
青ねぎ 25g
生姜(みじん切り)大さじ1
ごま油 小さじ1
しょうゆだれ 60ml
なたね油 大さじ3
竹串(約18cm)6-8本
白ごま 適量
1.ボウルに鶏ひき肉、青ねぎ、生姜、ごま油、しょうゆだれを入れてよく混ぜ合わせる。ゆるいようなら1/4カップほどのパン粉(分量外)を加える。
2.(1)を直径3cmほどのボール状に丸め、3-4個ずつ竹串に刺す。
3.フライパンになたね油を熱し、(2)を3-4本ずつ中火で焼く。片面が黄金色に焼けたらうら返しし、両面に焼き色をつける。
4.焼き色がついたら両面にしょうゆだれを塗り、時々うら返しながら焼く。(約5分)焼きながら、さらにしょうゆダレを塗る。
5.皿に盛って、白ごまをかけたら、完成!
アスパラステーキ
材料:6-8本
牛サーロイン肉(3cm角に切る)450g
アスパラガス(3cm幅に切る)2カップa
塩コショウ 少々
なたね油 大さじ3
竹串(約18cm)6-8本
1.牛サーロイン肉とアスパラガスを交互に竹串に刺す。
2.フライパンになたね油を熱し、(2)を3-4本ずつ中火で焼く。塩コショウをふり、片面が焼けたらうら返しす。うら面にも塩コショウをふって焼き、両面に焼き色をつける。(約1分)
3.皿に盛ったら、完成!
Soy Glaze
Servings: 1 cup
INGREDIENTS
1 cup soy sauce
¼ cup rice vinegar
¼ cup sake
¼ cup sugar
PREPARATION
In a medium pot, combine all ingredients and bring to a boil until the bubbles start to become sticky and glossy.
Remove and set aside.
Glazed Chicken Skewers
Servings: 6-8
INGREDIENTS
1 pound boneless, skinless, chicken thighs, cut into 1-inch chunks
1 cup green onions, sliced into 1-inch long pieces
½ cup soy glaze, see recipe above
3 tablespoons canola oil
6-inch bamboo skewers
Thinly sliced green onions to garnish
PREPARATION
Skewer 3-4 pieces of chicken and green onions in an alternating pattern on a bamboo skewer. Repeat with remaining chicken & onions.
Heat oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
Sear 3-4 skewers at a time and flip when the undersides are golden brown.
Brush the glaze on the skewers evenly and cook for about 4 more minutes, flipping every minute and glazing occasionally.
Cool, then serve with additional green onions on top!
Bacon Mushroom Skewers
Servings: 8
INGREDIENTS
8 slices bacon
2 cups mushrooms, halved
Salt
Pepper
3 tablespoons canola oil
6-inch bamboo skewers
PREPARATION
Thread one end of the bacon onto the end of a skewer. Add a mushroom half, and weave the bacon around the mushroom and back through the skewer, creating a wave pattern between the mushrooms. Move the bacon and the mushrooms down the skewer, repeating until the other edge of the bacon is threaded through.
Repeat with remaining bacon and mushrooms.
Heat oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
Sear 3-4 skewers at a time, seasoning with salt and pepper, and flip when the undersides are golden brown.
Season the other side with salt and pepper and cook until bacon is as crispy as you’d like.
Cool, then serve!
Chicken Meatball Skewers
Servings: 6-8
INGREDIENTS
1 pound ground chicken
¼ green onions, thinly sliced
1 tablespoon ginger, minced
1 teaspoon sesame oil
1 cup soy glaze
3 tablespoons canola oil
6-inch bamboo skewers
Sesame seeds, to garnish
PREPARATION
Combine the ground chicken, green onions, ginger, sesame oil, and ¼ cup of the soy glaze in a bowl until evenly mixed. If the mixture does not hold its shape when rolled into a ball, add ¼ cup of panko bread crumbs, mix evenly, and re-roll the meatballs to test their structural integrity.
Roll about 1-inch meatballs, then skewer 3-4 meatballs on a skewer. Repeat with remaining mixture.
Heat oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
Sear 3-4 skewers at a time and flip when the undersides are golden brown.
Brush the glaze on the skewers evenly and cook for about 5 more minutes, flipping every minute and brushing additional glaze as necessary.
Cool, then serve!
Steak & Asparagus Skewers
Servings: 6-8
INGREDIENTS
1 pound sirloin steak, cut into 1-inch chunks
2 cups asparagus, cut into 1-inch pieces
Salt
Pepper
3 tablespoons canola oil
6-inch bamboo skewers
PREPARATION
Skewer 3-4 pieces of steak and asparagus in an alternating pattern on a bamboo skewer. Repeat with remaining steak & asparagus
Heat oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
Sear 3-4 skewers at a time, seasoning with salt and pepper, and flip when the undersides are a dark brown.
Season the other side with salt and pepper, and cook for about 1 more minute.
Cool, then serve!
