What is your value chain?
仲記得我喺哈佛讀行政人員課程嘅時候,教授 Michael Porter 考考我哋, "In business, is strategy more important or excution more important?"

Competitive Advantage?
Michael Porter 話 "If you have a real competitive advantage, it means that compared with rivals, you operate at a lower cost, command a premium price, or both."
"Competitive advantage is a relative concept. It's about superior financial performance." by Michael Porter
"The real point of competition is not to beat rivals. It's to earn profits."
因此 Michael Porter 睇嘅賺錢,係 measured by ROIC (Return On Invested Capital) 資本投資回報。
(EBIT - Earnings Before Interest and Tax),每年就賺40萬,咁你嘅 ROIC (Return on Invested Capital) 就係40除200,等如20%。
有時 Small is beautiful.
Southwest Airlines 創辦人 Herb Kelleher 曾經講過 ”Market share has nothing to do with profitability. Market share says we just want to be big; we don't care if we make money doing it. In order to get an additional 5% of the market, some companies increased their costs by 25%. That's really incongruous if profitability is your purpose."
"Strategy choices aim to shift relative price or relative cost in a company's favor." by Michael Porter
"The sequence of activities your company performs to design, produce, sell, deliver and support its products is called the value chain. " by Michael Porter.
"A company's value chain is the collection of all its value-creating and cost-generating activities." by Michael Porter.
(1) Compete on execution. Better operational effectiveness. Perform the same activities as rivals, but execute better. Be better, be the best!
但教授 Michael Porter 話咁就好似隻老鼠喺個圈入面,operational effectiveness, 跑快啲跑快啲 ,be the quickest, be the best!
(2) Compete on strategy. Perform different activities from rivals. Meet the different needs of customers at lower cost or higher price. Be unique.
Both strategy and excution are important.
Are you competing on good execution or good strategy?
(4) What is strategy? How do you create value?

- URGENT WARNING
- ********************
- USE DOUBLE MASKS COZ NEW COVID-DELTA
- IS DIFFERENT, DEADLY & UNDETECTABLE:
- With the new COVID DELTA VIRUS there is:
- NO COUGH
- NO FEVER
- Just a lot of:
- JOINT-PAIN
- HEADACHE
- NECK PAIN
- UPPER BACK PAIN
- PNEUMONIA
- GENERAL WEAKNESS
- NO APPETITE
- COVID-DELTA is of course, more Virulent and with a higher Death rate.
- It takes less time to go to extremes, Sometimes without symptoms.
- Let's be more careful!
- This strain does not live in the nasopharyngeal region, now it directly affects the Lungs, which means the "Windows", the periods of time are shorter.
- I have seen several patients without FEVER, without PAIN, but who report mild CHEST PNEUMONIA on their X-RAYS.
- NASAL SWAB TESTS are very often NEGATIVE for COVID-DELTA, and there are more and more false negatives of NASOPHARYNGEAL TESTS.
- This means that the VIRUS spreads and spreads directly to the LUNGS, causing acute respiratory stress caused by VIRAL PNEUMONIA.
- This explains why it has become sharp, more virulent and deadly.
- Please be more careful, avoid crowded places, keep a distance of 1.5m even in open places, use double masks, face mask and wash your hands often (and when coughing or sneezes) at the moment everyone is ASYMPTOMATIC.
- This * "WAVE" * is much more deadly than the first. So we have to be VERY careful and take * all kinds of precautions *
- Also be an alert communicator to your friends and family.
- Don't keep this information to yourself, share it as much as you can, especially with your family and friends

When people talk bad and treat others badly, they are projecting their negative behaviour, insensitivity and cruelty because they have something wrong with them. It's a reflection of their unhappiness, insecurity and inadequacy in their life.
Dealing with negative and toxic people is common in our lives, it can be our friends, colleagues, family members and random people or strangers who come to you when they need something or trying to get to know you.
If a person behaving negatively, disrespectful, disregard feelings, ignore boundaries and continue to talk and treat you in a harmful or hateful way, let these people go. Some people are evil, hateful, spiteful, sneaky and try to use people for their benefit.
Some people stand up to bad behaviour and choose to do nothing about it. Some people behaviours are one of the reasons which may constitute why animals are far better than humans.
For me, I may be nice and I treat people to the best I could. But if you continue to disrespect, use, rude, manipulative, envious, vengeful, cynical, bully, fake and all the negativity and cruel behaviour, I will not tolerate it. There are no rooms or vacancies for these people in my life.
I'm not naive, I know things, I know what I want and I only respect people who are total genuine with me. If you need help, do it properly. If you want to talk or ask things, do it nicely. Never assume. People's life is not your business. Always think then say and act accordingly. Behave appropriately. Be mindful. Change for the better.
If you are behaving negatively because you were once destroyed, stop destroying other people just because you want them to feel the same. Change your behaviour, be more matured, find wisdom and peace.
To those people who have handled many people in their walks of life, they are people who are willing to change and they are people who refuse and don't want to change for betterment. Truth be told, you can't change everybody. You can't expect everyone to be kind.
Time is limited. If we are still breathing, we still can fix what's wrong and improve our behaviour and quality of life.
Have some respect for yourself to become a better person.

Hello friends! Today we're going to share with you how to make the super fluffy but light in the texture American style pancakes.
The pancake's shape and structure varies worldwide. But fluffy American pancakes are on my A-list. Everybody loves pancakes because they're so easy to make, but NOT THAT EASY. I mean if you want to make the most delicious one.
So we did some research to find the recipe. New York Magazine has voted Clinton St. Bakery Co’s pancakes are the best in New York city twice, so no doubt, we tried their recipe. And we love it. They are rich in flavor but light in texture. Super Yummy. Their pancakes are famous for a reason.
In this video, we’ll share the secret of these pancakes step by step, and how to make the fluffy texture (almost like a cake). They are great for a weekend brunch, and we strongly recommend topping with maple butter and blueberries compote. Of course you can also add some crisp fried bacon with it, they are a classic American breakfast dream team forever :). Wow~so enjoyable. Every day should start like this.

How to make blueberry pancakes
☞ Yield: 8~10 servings, using ¼ cup to scoop the batter
✎ Ingredients
📍 pancake
all purpose flour 160g
milk 220g
baking powder 6g
granulated sugar 70g
salt 2g
unsalted butter 58g, melted
egg 2, M~L size
vanilla extract 2g
📍 maple butter
maple syrup 160g (about 1/2 cup)
cold unsalted butter 110g, cubed (about 1/2 cup)
📍 blueberry compote
fresh or frozen blueberries 178g (1 cup)
granulated sugar 22g (2 tbsp)
lemon juice 5g (1tsp)
✎ Instructions
📍 pancake
1. Sift flour and baking powder together into a large mixing bowl. Then add sugar and salt and mix well.
2. Separate egg yolks from egg whites. Add vanilla extract, milk and melted butter into yolks bowl, and whisk until combined.
3. Beat the egg whites by electric mixer or by hand with a whisk until foamy, then add sugar in 3 batches and continue whisking until they reach medium soft peaks.
4. Pour the egg yolk and milk mixture into the dry mixture, just mix until the flour is dissolved, the batter will be slightly lumpy. Don't over mix it.
5. Next, gently mix half of the whipped whites into the batter, using the whisk to mix from the bottom, then add the rest of the whipped whites and keep folding it in, but no need to fully incorporate.
6. Heat the griddle until hot about 190°C. Drop half cup of pancake batter on the griddle to test the temperature and let set. Once bubbles form and pop, flip it. If the color is nice, the heat is enough. (A common mistake many people make is they don't heat the griddle enough, which is why we need to test the first one.) BTW, if you prefer the crispy on the edge, you can grease the hot surface with a little oil or butter.
7. Add 1/4 cup pancake batter, as the pancake cooks, you will see bubbles start to form on top, once the bubbles pop and become holes, it's time to flip. (3~3.5 mins per side)
8. Repeat the process with remaining batter, you can add some blueberries on top to create fruit flavor. Cooking several pancakes at a time. Transfer cooked pancake to a plate and garnish with confectioners’ sugar on top. Serve warm with maple butter and blueberry compote. Enjoy! To keep the pancakes warm while you make more, you can preheat the oven to 50°C and transfer cooked pancakes in to keep warm.
📍 maple butter
1. Heat maple syrup in a small saucepan over medium heat.
2. Add cold butter to warm syrup (never bring to a boil), whisking until sauce is smooth and all of the butter is incorporated. Maple Butter can also be kept refrigerated for up to two months. Reheat before using.
📍 blueberry compote
1. Simply combine blueberries, sugar and lemon juice in a small pot over medium-low heat, stirring continuously.
2. Once cooked, simmer for 4-5 minutes, keep stirring until a thick mixture has formed.

The Silent Sigh】I wrote this song about 18 months ago, 4 months after my breakup, never had the chance to post it because I was practicing my singing part, never nailed it so bailed it.
For those of you who don't know me well, including my close ones. I have been through 7 relationships, which means I fell in love 7 times. Every time I go through a breakup I repost this "People come and go, most of them just walk by. Life moves on. But some day I wish just one will stop by. Then, life goes on."
I don't stop. I don't stop working, I don't stop learning, I don't stop loving. I will always love hard and always harder. Love myself, love my family, friends. Love everyone, love those whom do not feel, love those who temp me to fall the most. For love has no limit, and knows no boundaries.
I am who I am.
Thank you for everyone who was a part of this relationship, may grace fall upon you like it has to me.
【無聲的嘆息 The Silent Sigh】Lyrics
you said you love me,
You said you care,
Seeing your text makes me feel you are near.
Happy moments is all I remember.
I mean forever, Almost got there.
Time flies, and there goes two years.
Told me to move to Paris,
I said I was scared.
I have no money
I'm not sure
But you said we can share.
No more fear

June 23rd,
We said goodbye at the airport,
you left with tears.
Hoping we would meet again in a different air.
I said don't worry, I'll be there.
You are no longer there
Disappeared
And I can't find you anywhere
I'm stressed out, I'm pulling out my hair.
Never thought that would be the last time we felt for each other.
Please God, tell me Why life is so unfair,
Maybe I was just the missing puzzle of why you fear.
-RnB-
It's been a while,
You know?
I still miss you
I miss your ironic smile
I miss the way you look at me acorss the aisle
In your eyes
You know?
I still think of you,
I don't want to but I just do,
I think of you when I'm alone,
when I'm walking to school,
before I close my eyes to snooze.
You know?

Lyrics:
Shoulda seen the writing on the wall
Didn't want to, didn't want to
Never cared enough to take my calls
Made excuses, why you put me through this
My friends kept tellin' me
But I did not believe
Your bullshit came for free
But it's, too late to run away
But now at least I know
Don't call me
Don't call me yours
If you don't even care no more
So undefined
Fucked with my mind
If you don't even care
Don't call me yours
Oooo undefined were we (don't call me, don't call me, don't call me)
Oooo undefined were we (Don't call me, don't call me, don't call me, call me yours)
Made me think that what we had was real
Were you lyin'
Were you fakin' it
Told me all the things I wanna hear
But you were hidin' (hidin', hidin')
Were you feelin' it
My friends kept tellin' me
But I did not believe
Your bullshit came for free
But it's, too late to run away
But now at least I know
Don't call me
Don't call me yours
If you don't even care no more
So undefined
Fucked with my mind
If you don't even care
Don't call me yours
Oooo undefined were we (don't call me, don't call me, don't call me)
If you don't even care, don't call me yours, yeah
Oooo undefined were we (Don't call me, don't call me, don't call me, call me yours)
Oooo undefined were we
Oooo undefined were we
Don't call me
Don't call me yours
If you don't even care no more
So undefined
Fucked with my mind
If you don't even care
Don't call me yours
Don't call me
Don't call me yours
If you don't even care no more (if you don't even care no more)
So undefined
Fucked with my mind
If you don't even care
Don't call me
Called me all these pretty words (your your yours)
What you did ain't what I heard be real with me (your your yours)
You don't even care
Done with all your schemin' ways
I'm just gonna have to face the truth 'bout you
You don't even care
Don't call me
Don't call me, yours
If you don't even care,
Don't call me
