Most countries has different seasons. But here in Malaysia, there are only 2 seasons, that is Super Hot Sunny and Super Hot Rainy season.
Living in a country that is hot and humid all year round. This is how I stay cool and beat the heat.👇
1. Moderate Caffeine consumption. Caffeine is a great souce of natural energy booster, but taking too much of caffeine can leads dehydration. If you do so, make sure you get in plenty of water.
2. If you are working out outdoor. Wear light coloured and breathable clothes, or even better go workout shirtless! Jk. ;)
3. Drink at least 500ml of water 1 hour prior to workout, and 500-700ml immediately after training.

After taking the health quiz for my friend, I've realized that it's also important for me to take care of my well-being, so I opted for an apple this morning instead of coffee (hopefully can tahan as too much caffeine is bad for us!).
