＃旅行中的小故事與人

對我來說，景點不見得是旅途中最重要的。
但，遇到的人與發生的故事，都是讓我覺得非常入心也會成為我生命故事的一環的。
這就是旅行的迷人之處。

今天去了一趟Kutná Hora ，我一直沒有對人骨教堂很有興趣，直到回來也是這種感覺。
但，
Kutná Hora這個城鎮，不只是如同旅遊書上所寫的，是個淘銀礦小鎮而已。
.
它是13世紀末捷克最富有也最繁盛的城市，它最知名的，也不是人骨教堂。

我開始思考，為什麼大家只知道人骨教堂？！為什麼所有的人都說這個小鎮沒什麼？！
.
天啊！超有什麼好不好！
我超愛這個小鎮，甚至超過庫倫諾夫！
原因是因為太純樸、太可愛、太單純也太熱情。
.
今天一路上遇到的人都是。

＃說故事時間

👉第一位（意思是今天有很長的故事喔～）：
在布拉格總站買車票的時候，不會講英文的國鐵奶奶（👉對的，是奶奶）！

看錯了我寫給她的小紙條，先是幫我印出了一疊車票、然後我拿到票後確認之後發現少一段票，她居然尖叫地唸了一堆捷克語，我片面猜測的意思是：「天啊我居然犯這種錯誤，怎麼辦怎麼辦！」
.
然後，我微笑示意用英文說：「沒關係，在幫我加一段就好！」
奶奶幫我打出了第二段，結果攤在她眼前的車票太多，她又開始慌了！一直搖頭、可能是要我稍等的意思！我本來想，我拿到車票自己組裝就好！
.
奶奶一直執意要我等她，他一定要幫我把票組合好。
＃這個故事最後面我想說_交通方法我再寫一篇文好了_根本不用這麼困難也不用那麼累

我一直覺得，捷克人真的很有意思！他們的撲克臉，真的需要一點開關來開啟就沒事了！

＃到了庫特納霍拉
我現場真心覺得到底是誰寫這個小鎮只有人骨教堂很無聊？！
明明人家是世界文化遺產城鎮、明明整個小鎮很好玩、很舒服、很療癒啊！
.
因為晚了點出門，google上找了一間河粉店用午餐！沒想到就挖到寶了！
.
👉第二位：
這間河粉店，是疫情之後才開的，因為太好吃、服務超級好、英文也超強，讓我忍不住跟店家聊了起來！

然後老闆姑娘說，如果河粉飯麵不夠都可以免費加，而且我的媽啊！超好吃超好吃！可能是我這一個月在捷克吃到最好吃的亞洲餐，好到我跟姑娘說：「我可能會從布拉格專程搭車來你家吃東西！」
.
份量夠、又好吃調味超棒、還可以免費加飯麵！
.
再來～
我在Kutná Hora鎮中心玩了很久，光是可愛的小城鎮拍照跟遇到的人就超可愛！我在石頭噴泉拍照，結果噴泉的按鈕慢了2秒鐘才出水，我整個被嚇到！一旁買東西的帥哥在一旁笑得很開心後，跑來問我要不要幫我拍照！

＃旅行不就是有這麼多特別的偶遇才形成了特別的美好印象？

＃走了一段路去芭芭拉教堂
拜託，芭芭拉才是經典！
看到這個城鎮的建築以及這麼特別的哥德式教堂，必得去懷疑原因！

後來一查才知道，媽啊！
當時因為銀礦而繁盛的Kutná Hora，是13世紀末捷克最輝煌、最有錢的城市，那時候的布拉格應該也要沾她一點光啊！
.
走到芭芭拉教堂，其實已經有點遠，
我不確定你們是怎麼回到人骨教堂或者Kutná Hora中央車站的，
但，
拜託搭公車就好！不要自己走到腿斷掉！公車也沒多少錢！好舒服好好搭還很快！
14kc而已（據說65歲以上老人只要3kc）。

👉第三位：15號的公車司機
.
我本來要搭801公車，後來先來了15號！
司機有點帥！但我瞄到他的手機畫面是妻子跟小孩的模樣～
.
我問了他一下票價以及是不是有到人骨教堂那一站？！
.
帥司機很nice地回答了我問題，並且跟我說票價、以及到站確認。
找了錢給我之後，很有禮貌地跟我點了頭示意我往後面坐。
.
我對公車司機一向很有距離，可能被台灣公車司機嚇怕了！
但是，上回在西班牙的公車司機、以及這一次的Kutná Hora司機，我真的真心覺得美好。

.
人骨教堂，應該是Kutná Hora我覺得比較不吸引我的！（我知道你們很多人應該不以為然！）
.
首先很遺憾地告訴大家，現在下了地下室就不能拍照了～
.
接著，因為看過了Kutná Hora小鎮的歷史、看到了芭芭拉教堂、也遇到了這一路上的美好故事之後，我真心覺得人骨教堂可能是需要第一站先看完再去小鎮以及芭芭拉教堂，不然會一路失望下去。連對面的聖母升天教堂都更有趣一點！
.
不過，還是要憑良心說，人骨教堂畢竟還是有它的賣點，不會不值得去啦！只是我更喜歡Kutná Hora小鎮多一點而已。

好的，
故事說完了！回到布拉格，我今天又搞定了公寓的heater了！
從布達佩斯回到布拉格，這兩天我看了最低溫會來到6、7度！
我想，
這對位在台灣的你們來說很不可思議，
但因為歐洲屬於乾冷，室內都有暖氣，我其實不覺得冷，反而覺得很舒服啊！
.
只是公寓的暖氣是需要設定的，我只好電話遙控了生病的公寓妹子主人。
.
瞬間，她又把我教會了暖氣的處理。
瞬間，我把10度的公寓變成了20度的暖房，啊！超美好的。

旅行的能力都是這樣練就出來的。
今天我一直覺得，不是我去了那些多厲害的景點而感到開心，
景點一直都會在，沒有意外的話。
.
但，你的故事專屬於你，
會因為你的心情、你的心態、你的經驗、你的想法而留下不一樣的美好。

今天的河粉姑娘，我跟她說：「這是我在布拉格這一個月吃到最好的亞洲餐點！」
姑娘好開心地跟爸媽分享，也歡迎我繼續來吃。

今天的公車帥司機我感謝他很有禮貌地回答我，下車前多繞道前頭跟他說聲謝謝，他一樣把手放在他的左胸膛，微笑點了頭。
.
今天尖叫的國鐵奶奶，最後一樣微笑講了一串我聽不懂的捷克語，
但是我的感受非常好也非常舒服。
.
很多人問，歐洲人會不會排華？
.
我想世界上什麼人都有，就算真的遇到了，他也只是你今天遇到的其中一個，
忽略掉就好了，別讓不愉快的經驗或人，影響你一天的好心情。

March 12 - "It’s quite remarkable that they’re just 81 miles from mainland China and whereas coronavirus in mainland China has been spiralling out of control...That’s incredible,” Health minister Luke Brown said. Taiwan is not a part of the World Health Assembly as it is not recognised as being an independent country under the One-China policy. Browne said the ambassador has mentioned some of the measures that Taiwan has taken, some of which he believes will work in the Vincentian context while others may not.

3/16 ─ 義大利前外交部長德爾其：「台灣可能是第一個向WHO報告新冠病毒人傳人的國家，而且早在中國和WHO承認之前。顯然地，台灣因為北京施壓，被排除在世衛組織之外已有兩年之久。」
March 16 - Former foreign minister, Giulio Terzi: "Taiwan potrebber esser stato primo Paese a comunicare alla OMS che coronavirus COVID19 si stava trasmettendo da uomo a uomo.Molto prima che Cina e OMS lo ammettessero. Ovviamente, per volere Pechino, Taipei subisce esclusione da OMS da due anni." (Taiwan may have been the first country to report to WHO that coronavirus COVID19 was spreading from amongst humans, long before China and WHO admitted it. Obviously, at the behest of Beijing, Taipei has been excluded from WHO for two years.)

3/14 ─ 歐洲議會議員暨中國關係代表團團長包瑞翰：「在這次疫情危機中，台灣在拯救生命方面做得很好。為什麼不邀請他們充分參與國際呢？ 為什麼WHO不這樣做？因為北京玩弄民族主義政治，犧牲人民的利益。」
March 14 - “Taiwan is doing a great job with saving lives in this corona crisis. Why not acknowledge that and invite them to participate fully in international efforts? Why doesn't WHO do it? Because Beijing is playing nationalist politics at people's expense,” said Reinhard Bütikofer

[住宿] 西班牙租屋🏰須知 (文特長，留學生請入)

西班牙社工黨(PSOE)與我們能聯盟(Unidos Podemos)協商至今還組不出新政府，面臨西班牙11月可能會再舉辦國會大選，加上極右派與右派想笑卻不能笑都導致臉部神經不斷抽蓄了，這場戲正所謂皇帝不急、急死太監，鄉民都快看不下去，只能拿出西班牙生活最重要的武器：「耐心」的給它等下去了～

事實上，今年3月西班牙左派曾(相愛過)聯手修改2013年PP黨的房屋與租賃法令，新修法令也於今年3月6日正式生效，也就是說從這天之後簽署的租屋合約都適用唷 #之前簽的放生。根據每日報(eldiario)的報導，鄉民也整理出一些在西班牙租屋必須知道的資訊唷！希望對打算來或正在西班牙遊學、留學的人有幫助啦~~

#房屋租約最少長達5年或7年
根據新法令，如果房東是自然人，房屋租約至少有5年效期；如果房東是法人(企業)，則長達7年。在合約到期前，房屋租金為合約上雙方約定之金額，在合約到期時，倘房東與承租人任一方均未提出解約，該合約將自動延展3年，之後則是無限期自動延展1年，直至任一方提出解約。

假設是合約是簽2年，依這個法令規定，承租人仍有權住滿5年；但事實上房東在合約滿1年後，可依家庭(像是要給兒子住、要自己住之類的)、承租人未按期付房租、承租人當二房東等因素提出取消租約，並要求承租人在未來兩個月內搬出。

#合約還沒到期想搬家
原則上合約沒到期，不建議搬走。承租人在簽定房屋租約後，依法至少要住滿6個月才能退租，同時必須提前1個月告知房東。若承租人住不滿6個月就要搬走，房東有權要求承租人補償損失。

#合約到期不想續約
承租人須提前2個月告知房東，房東須提前4個月告知承租人。

#房東要調漲房租怎麼辦
在房屋合約還沒到期前，房東有權依每年消費者物價指數(IPC)調幅房租金額。等合約到期後，如果房東要漲租金200歐，只需在1個月前告知承租人，要嘛只能乖乖付錢，不然就是翻床走人，因為目前西班牙仍沒有法律針對房屋設定最高租金上限。

#押金上限為3個月
法律規定的押金(Finanza)是一個月租金。
除了一個月押金，房東仍有權依法要求承租人額外提供保證金(depósito)或擔保金(aval)，但不管是什麼金，房東最多只能跟承租人要求3個月房租的押金，而且必須要向各自治區的住宅管理局登記(馬德里是Agencia de Vivienda Social)及存放押金，假如房東沒有去登記，那就是違法的唷

#退租時押金怎麼拿回來
在房屋沒有任何損壞之前提下，房東必須要在承租人退租一個月內退還押金。若房東聲稱不退還押金是為了支付修理房屋的損壞費用，承租人要求房東出示修理房屋的明細與帳單。為了避免退租時跟房東爭執那些損壞是誰的責任，建議入住時，應仔細查看房屋內部並拍照記錄，若有發現任何損壞，應立即通知房東以釐清責任，退租時要房屋整理乾淨、回歸入住時的樣子及拍照存證。

#租屋期間東西壞修理費誰付
承租人應該要支付因使用而損壞的用品，像是電燈泡之類；但如果是修理大型家電、瓦斯管線、地板、百葉窗等，這些屬房子「硬體設備」的維修支出則應由房東負責（前提不是承租人造成的損壞）。

🛀總結：在西班牙租房現在有不少都是透過仲介，有些仲介會收仲介費，但記得在還沒簽約前，千萬不要直接付仲介費餒，如果決定要租，當下頂多是先付個預約金~~

不管是向房東或透過仲介租屋，記得有任何問題都要先問清楚，簽約時，一定要先看清楚合約內容(可請對方先把合約email給你，再仔細閱讀，如果西語不好，就找人確認內容)，倘簽約時，合約上跟當初講的不一樣，也要大膽直接提出要求修改，千萬不要怕不好意思。

在西班牙，臉皮就是要「厚」!!!
