คนที่เป็นนักลงทุนคงคุ้นเคยกับประโยคเตือนนี้ดี
ความเสี่ยง ถ้าให้อธิบายง่าย ๆ ก็คือ โอกาสที่เราจะไม่ได้รับผลตอบแทนตามที่เราคาดหวังไว้ รวมไปถึงโอกาสในการสูญเสียเงินต้นจากการลงทุนนั้น ๆ

แต่ถ้าในเชิงวิชาการเงิน ความเสี่ยงก็อาจวัดได้จากความผันผวนของผลตอบแทน ยิ่งผันผวนมาก ในวิชาการเงินจะถือว่ามีความเสี่ยงสูง

แน่นอนว่า เมื่อเราไปลงทุนในสินทรัพย์ที่เสี่ยง เราก็มีโอกาสที่จะไม่ได้รับผลตอบแทนที่คาดไว้ รวมถึงโอกาสในการสูญเสียเงินต้น

ลองนึกภาพเล่น ๆ กันก่อนว่า ถ้าเรานำเงินไปลงทุนในสินทรัพย์ต่าง ๆ เช่น
- เงินฝากธนาคาร เสี่ยงต่ำมาก ต้องการผลตอบแทน 1%
- หุ้นกู้บริษัทเอกชน เสี่ยงปานกลาง ต้องการผลตอบแทน 5%
- หุ้นสามัญ เสี่ยงสูง ต้องการผลตอบแทน 10%

เราจะพบว่า แต่ละสินทรัพย์นั้นมีความคาดหวังของอัตราผลตอบแทนที่แตกต่างกันออกไป
สินทรัพย์ยิ่งเสี่ยงมาก เราก็ยิ่งคาดหวังผลตอบแทนที่สูงมากตามไปด้วย

ซึ่งก็เข้ากับประโยคคลาสสิกในโลกของการลงทุนที่ว่า “High Risk High Return” นั่นเอง

ตัวอย่างหนึ่งที่ช่วยให้หลายคนเห็นภาพมากขึ้น
คือ ความแตกต่างระหว่าง อัตราดอกเบี้ยเงินกู้ และอัตราดอกเบี้ยเงินฝาก ก็สามารถใช้คำว่า Risk Premium มาอธิบายความแตกต่างนี้ได้เช่นกัน

คำถามที่หลายคนมักคาใจกันมานานคือ ทำไมอัตราดอกเบี้ยเงินฝากถึงต่ำมาก เช่น อยู่ในช่วงระหว่าง 0.5% - 1.5% แต่ทำไมอัตราดอกเบี้ยเงินกู้นั้นจึงสูงมาก เช่น 5.0% - 8.0%

เรื่องนี้อธิบายตามหลัก Risk Premium ก็คือ
เมื่อธนาคารรับเงินฝากจากเราไป ธนาคารก็จะมีภาระที่ต้องจ่ายดอกเบี้ยให้กับเราหรือคนที่เอาเงินไปฝากตามตกลงกัน

แต่ประเด็นคือ ธนาคารไม่ได้เอาเงินฝากของเรากองไว้เฉย ๆ แต่ธนาคารเอาเงินไปปล่อยสินเชื่อต่อ ซึ่งจะทำให้ธนาคารมีความเสี่ยงจากการผิดนัดชำระดอกเบี้ย หรือไม่ได้เงินต้นคืนจากผู้ขอสินเชื่อ

เช่น ถ้าผู้กู้เป็นบริษัทที่มีความเสี่ยงด้านการเงิน มีหนี้สูง หรือแม้แต่คนธรรมดาที่ไปขอกู้และมีเครดิตไม่ดีในการผ่อนชำระเงิน มีรายได้ไม่แน่นอน หรือไม่มีหลักประกัน

ความเสี่ยงตรงนี้ เป็นส่วนที่ธนาคารต้องแบกรับ ทำให้ธนาคารต้องคิดอัตราดอกเบี้ยเงินกู้ในระดับสูงขึ้น มากกว่าอัตราดอกเบี้ยเงินฝาก
ซึ่งความแตกต่างนั้น ส่วนหนึ่งก็สะท้อนคำว่า Risk Premium หรือ ส่วนชดเชยความเสี่ยง นั่นเอง

อีกกรณีหนึ่งที่อธิบายเรื่องนี้ได้คือ การจัดอันดับเครดิตเรตติงของ หุ้นกู้

โดยบริษัทที่ทำการจัดอันดับเครดิตเรตติง จะประเมินระดับเรตติงจาก ลักษณะการดำเนินธุรกิจของบริษัท ผลประกอบการ หลักทรัพย์ค้ำประกัน รวมถึงปัจจัยภายนอกที่เกี่ยวข้อง เพื่อดูว่าบริษัทที่ออกหุ้นกู้นั้น มีความสามารถในการชำระหนี้คืนได้มากแค่ไหน

พอเรื่องเป็นแบบนี้ จึงมีการจัดอันดับความเสี่ยงของหุ้นกู้ ซึ่งแบ่งออกมาเป็น Investment Grade หรือกลุ่มที่มีเครดิตดีน่าลงทุน ที่มีเรตติงตั้งแต่ BBB ขึ้นไปถึง AAA

และ Non-Investment Grade หรือกลุ่มที่มีความเสี่ยงจะผิดนัดชำระหนี้สูง มีเรตติงต่ำกว่า BBB ลงมา

โดยในกลุ่ม Non-Investment Grade บริษัทที่ออกหุ้นกู้ ก็จะต้องเสนอดอกเบี้ยสูง ๆ เพื่อจูงใจนักลงทุนให้เข้ามาลงทุนบนความเสี่ยงที่สูงนั้น

แตกต่างกับกลุ่ม Investment Grade ที่เครดิตดีอยู่แล้ว ผู้ลงทุนจึงรู้สึกปลอดภัยในการมาลงทุน และไม่ต้องการส่วนชดเชยความเสี่ยงเยอะ ผู้ออกจึงไม่จำเป็นต้องเสนอดอกเบี้ยสูง ๆ นั่นเอง

ส่วนคนที่ลงทุนในตลาดหุ้น ก็จะมีผลตอบแทนชดเชยความเสี่ยง ที่เรียกว่า “Equity Risk Premium”

ซึ่ง Equity Risk Premium ถ้าอธิบายตามหลักการ ก็เกิดมาจาก อัตราผลตอบแทนที่คาดหวังจากการลงทุนในตลาดหุ้น หักลบด้วย ผลตอบแทนจากสินทรัพย์ที่ปราศจากความเสี่ยง

ซึ่งตามทฤษฎีแล้ว สินทรัพย์ที่มักถูกนำมาใช้เป็นตัวแทนสินทรัพย์ที่ปราศจากความเสี่ยง ก็คือ พันธบัตรรัฐบาล

ยกตัวอย่างให้เห็นภาพง่าย ๆ เช่น
ถ้าอัตราผลตอบแทนที่คาดหวังจากการลงทุนในตลาดหุ้นเท่ากับ 10% อัตราผลตอบแทนของพันธบัตรรัฐบาลเท่ากับ 2% ในกรณีนี้ Equity Risk Premium จะเท่ากับ 8%

และด้วยความที่ตัวแปรทั้ง 2 ตัวนั้นเปลี่ยนแปลงไปตลอดเวลา เพราะฉะนั้น Equity Risk Premium จะมีการเปลี่ยนไปตลอดเวลาเช่นเดียวกัน

โดยปกติแล้วเมื่อตลาดอยู่ในภาวะที่มีความเสี่ยงสูง
เช่น การตกต่ำของภาวะเศรษฐกิจ การเกิดสงคราม ก็จะทำให้ Equity Risk Premium มีการปรับตัวสูงขึ้น เพราะนักลงทุนคาดหวังผลตอบแทนชดเชยความเสี่ยงที่เพิ่มสูงขึ้น

นอกจากนี้ การเปลี่ยนแปลงใน Equity Risk Premium ยังสามารถบอกการเคลื่อนย้ายเงินทุนของนักลงทุนระหว่างตลาดหุ้นและตลาดพันธบัตรได้อีกด้วย

โดยปกติแล้วถ้ามีเงินไหลออกจากตลาดพันธบัตรเข้าตลาดหุ้น Equity Risk Premium จะลดลง และกลับกัน เมื่อมีเงินไหลออกจากตลาดหุ้นเข้าสู่ตลาดพันธบัตร Equity Risk Premium จะเพิ่มขึ้น

อ่านมาถึงตรงนี้เราน่าจะพอได้ไอเดียเกี่ยวกับ Risk Premium หรือ ผลตอบแทนที่ชดเชยความเสี่ยงจากการลงทุนในสินทรัพย์ต่าง ๆ มาพอสมควร
ซึ่งการที่เรารู้และเข้าใจข้อมูลต่าง ๆ เหล่านี้ก่อนที่จะลงทุน
ก็น่าจะช่วยให้เรา เข้าใจกลไก ความเคลื่อนไหวต่าง ๆ ของโลกการลงทุน ได้ดีมากขึ้น

ดังนั้น ต่อไปนี้ ก่อนที่ใครจะชวนลงทุนอะไร ที่มันดูเสี่ยง
เราอาจต้องถามตัวเองว่า เราต้องการ Risk Premium ที่เท่าไร..

No visible tattoos while you’re in Emirates cabin crew uniform (cosmetic and bandage coverings aren’t allowed)

Can adapt to new people, new places and new situations

Physically fit for this demanding role with a healthy Body Mass Index (BMI)

As well as the role requirements, there’s a little more that great cabin crew members offer.

臘味煲仔飯
材料
A
白米 5杯 rice 5cup
水 5杯 water 5cup
豬油 2大匙 lard 2tbsp.
臘肉 450公克 cured pork belly 450g
臘腸 180公克 Chinese sausage 180g
泡發香菇 50公克 shiitake mushroom 50g
蝦米 30公克 dried shrimps 30g
花雕酒 2大匙 high-grade Shaoxing wine 2tbsp.

水 適量 water q.s.
作法
1. 臘肉切去硬皮再切小片；臘腸切小片：泡發香菇切絲備用。(把臘腸的硬皮切掉才不會影響口感)
2. 萬用鍋設定[爆炒煎烤]功能30分鐘，鍋熱後放入豬油、臘肉、臘腸炒香，且煸出臘肉與臘腸的油脂。(用豬油煸臘肉臘腸，風味更加倍)
3. 加入蝦米、香菇絲炒香後加入花雕酒炒勻後，先取出一半炒料備用。
4. 鍋中加入白米炒勻，再加入材料A的水炒至米飯略吸收湯汁，再加入之前取出的炒料，蓋上鍋蓋。 (取出一半炒料蓋在米上面，下面的米才能完全浸泡水分而熟透)
5. 設定[米飯]功能煮至完成，即成臘味煲仔飯。
6. 沒吃完隔餐還能加入材料B的水，稍微蓋過飯一些。
7. 設定[煮粥熬湯]功能15分鐘，即成臘味煲仔粥。(晚餐吃煲仔飯 隔天早餐便煲仔粥)

How to make Matcha Ice Cream

☞ Container size: at least 800ml
☞ To freeze mixing bowl 12 hours before

✎ Ingredients
heavy cream 250g
sweetened condensed milk 170g
milk 50g
IPPODO matcha powder 15g

✎ Instructions
1. Sift the matcha powder.
2. Add milk into the matcha powder and mix well until it becomes the paste form.
3. Add condensed milk into the matcha paste, slowly incorporating the mixture until smooth. If there are too many lumps, sift it.
4. Pour the cold heavy cream into a freese mixing bowl, whip the cream on medium high speed until almost stiff peaks, be careful not to over whip.
5. Gently add the matcha mixture into the whipped cream, whip on low speed until the mixture becomes thick and airy.
6. Transfer the mixture to an 800~1000ml metal container and freeze for 4-6 hours.

花雕雞
材料：
仿土雞腿 1000公克 chicken thigh 1000g
薑片 25公克 ginger 25g
蒜片 25公克 garlic 25g
蒜苗 80公克 green garlic 80g
宮保(乾辣椒) 4公克 dried chili 4g
花椒 4公克 sichuan pepper 4g
芹菜 60公克 Chinese celery 60g
調味料
蠔油 2大匙 oyster sauce 2tbsp.
辣豆瓣醬 2大匙 chili bean sauce 2tbsp.
糖 1/2大匙 sugar 1/2tbsp.
花雕酒 100㏄ high-grade Shaoxing wine 100㏄
作法
1. 仿土雞腿洗淨剁小塊；蒜苗切片；芹菜切小段，備用。
2. 高火力熱鍋，倒入適量的油，放入蒜片、薑片爆香，再放入宮保(乾辣椒)、花椒炒香。
3. 放入雞肉拌炒，再加入辣豆瓣醬，炒至雞肉表面變色。【美味關鍵1：雞肉和辛香料拌炒至上色才香。】
4. 加入蠔油、糖炒勻，再倒入花雕酒煮沸至湯汁略收。【美味關鍵2：純酒燒煮不加水，風味更佳。】
5. 最後加入蒜苗片、芹菜段，蓋上鍋蓋燜煮3分鐘，開蓋後炒勻即可。

花雕雞火鍋
材料：
花雕雞 適量 chicken Pot qs.
高湯(或水) 適量 stock qs.
火鍋料 適量 hotpot pack qs.
青菜 適量 vegetables qs.
綜合菇類 適量 mushrooms qs.
泡麵(或快煮麵) 1份 instant noodles qs.
作法：
1.花雕雞可加入適量水或高湯，以及喜歡的火鍋料、青菜即變花雕雞火鍋。
2.還可以煮麵喔！
