Hello friends! Today we're going to share with you how to make a perfect cake for everyday--French Dried Fruit Fruitcake (Cake Aux Fruits Confits / French style fruit pound cake).

We love dried fruits, and we know there is a classic cake made with dried fruits and tastes like pound cake, but more flavorful and delicious. It’s a perfect everyday cake, and also a good idea for the holiday, like Christmas.(Yes, you can put dried-fruits in red and green)

About the dried fruits, you can use any dried fruits you have or like. And the dried fruit can be soaked with cointreau or rum. If you don’t have any alcohol, you can use lemon juice or orange juice instead of it. This cake is perfect, fabulous, sweet and moist, it went down well with the family, hope you like this video.

How to make French Dried Fruit Fruitcake Recipe
Dried Fruit Fruitcake Recipe

☞ Cake mold: 17x8x6cm

✎ Ingredients
dried figs 40g
raisins 20g
dried apricots 40g
cointreau 10g
all purpose flour 110g
unsalted butter 110g, soften at room temperature
pour powdered sugar 80g
egg 1, large size (about 60g)
egg yolk 1, large size (about 20g)
baking powder 1.5g, aluminum free

✎ Instructions
1. Place the raisins in a bowl and pour with hot water, soak for couple seconds, drain and pat dry with a paper towel.
2. Cut the dried figs and dried apricots into small pieces.
3. Add raisins, dried figs and dried apricots together in a bowl, pour cointreau and mix well. Leave to soak for at least 10 minutes.
4. Brush the butter in a thin, even layer over the sides and bottom of the pan.
5. Meanwhile, add an egg and an egg yolk in a small bowl, whisk slightly. Set aside.
6. Spoon 2 tablespoon of flour and sift into the cointreau soaked fruits and toss to coat the fruits. Set aside.
7. Cream the softened butter and pour powdered sugar together, then beat over medium speed until light and fluffy.
8. Add the half of egg mixture at a time, beating well after each addition until all are incorporated. Scrape down the sides of the bowl as needed.
9. Sift the remaining flour and baking powder into the bowl and fold until all dry ingredients are just absorbed.
10. Add the fruits to the batter and mix again until everything is well combined.
11. Scrape the batter into the prepared pan and make a slight depression on the top, then draw a line by knife or anything else.
12. Preheat the oven to 170°C and bake for 35~40 minutes.
13. Once baked, leave the cake in the pan to cool. Unmold the cake and store in an airtight box when cool and chill in the fridge.

Dumb Ways to Die is the theme song of the public service announcement campaign released by Metro Trains in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia to promote railway safety. Both the song and the campaign went viral briefly in November 2012 and received worldwide acclaim for its effectiveness, endearing and engaging quality. The song and campaign have grown so well-loved that the characters continue to be recognisable and have come to be featured in a video and mobile games including Dumb Ways to Die, Dumb Ways to Die 2: The Games, and Dumb Ways to Die 3: World Tour.

This video contains the parody I've created for the song Dumb Ways to Die, cover on Dumb Ways to Die, Dumb Ways to Die parody, Dumb Ways to Die cover. My cover and parody have been inspired by the recent global health emergency, global health crisis caused by the rise of coronavirus, the spread of coronavirus in 2019, the spread of coronavirus (also called the Wuhan virus) in 2020 that is said to have originated from Wuhan, China.

Dumb Ways to Die was written by John Mescall with music by Ollie McGill from The Cat Empire, who also produced it. It was performed by Emily Lubitz, the lead vocalist of Tinpan Orange, with McGill providing backing vocals. The band on the recording consists of Gavin Pearce on Bass, Danny Farrugia on drums and Brett Wood on guitar. It was released on iTunes, attributed to the artist "Tangerine Kitty" (a reference to Tinpan Orange and The Cat Empire). I do not own any legal right to the song, I am simply covering it for entertainment and education purposes.

In this song, you’ll learn some useful tips on how to maintain good personal hygiene and avoid contracting the coronavirus / wuhan virus.

電子レンジで早く漬けたラムレーズンを使って、ラムレーズンホワイトチョコレートバタークリームサンドクッキーを作りました。
すっかり慣れたダイソーのベーキングガンでクッキーを作り、クリームもベーキングガンを使って絞り出しました。
30セットできるのでバレンタインデー向けに大量生産もできます。
もっと使うぞ、ダイソーのペーキングガン！

*レシピ*（60枚30セット分）

速攻ラムレーズンを作ります（余ります）
１．耐熱容器に薄切りレモン 2枚を置く。
２．レーズン 60gを入れ、上からラム酒 15gをかける。
３．ふんわりラップをかけ、電子レンジで40秒加熱する。
４．混ぜ合わせ、落としラップをしておく。

クッキーを作ります
５．卵を卵黄と卵白に分ける。卵黄 20gを計る。足りない場合は卵白から足し20gにする。
６．室温にした無塩バター 125gを混ぜる。
７．粉砂糖 50gをフルイ入れ混ぜる。
８．５の卵黄 20gを入れ混ぜる。
９．薄力粉 140g、アーモンドパウダー 40g、ココアパウダー 10gをフルイ入れ混ぜる。
１０．９をベーキングガンに入れ絞り出す。この分量の生地でベーキングガン 充填2回分です。表面の凸凹を指で軽く押さえておくと仕上がりがキレイです。
１１．170度に予熱したオーブンで13分焼く。

ホワイトチョコレートバタークリームを作ります
１２．ホワイトチョコレート 40gを湯煎で溶かす。
１３．室温にした無塩バター 80gを混ぜる。
１４．１３に１２を入れ混ぜる。
１５．５の卵白にグラニュー糖 10gを入れ泡立て、かたいメレンゲにする。
１６．１４に１５を3回ほどに分け加え、ハンドミキサーで混ぜ合わせる。
１７．ラム酒 3gも加え混ぜる。
１８．ベーキングガンに入れ口金 5切を付け、15分ほど冷蔵庫で冷やす。

１９．冷ました１１に１８を絞り出す。
２０．４をのせる。2粒ではラムレーズンの風味は優しめです。お好きな方はもっと増やしてください。
赤いスプリンクルを散らすとバレンタインデー感がグッと盛り上がります。
２１．クッキーでサンドする。
２２．クリームがしっかり固くなるまで冷蔵庫で冷やす。
２３．でけた。おいしい。

We made rum raisin white chocolate buttercream sandwich cookies using rum raisins that were quickly soaked in the microwave.
Using the Daiso Baking Gun we all know and love, we created cookies, and squeezed out the cream using the Baking Gun as well.
You can make 30 at once as a set, so you create a bunch for Valentine's Day.
Let's use the Daiso Baking Gun some more!

*Recipe* (60 cookies, 30 per set)

Let's make some instant rum raisins (there will be leftovers)

1. Place two thin slices of lemon in a heat resistant container.
2. Put 60 grams of raisins in the container, and pour 15 grams of alcohol on top.
3. Gently cover the container with plastic wrap, and heat it for 40 seconds in the microwave.
4. Mix together and place plastic wrap on the raisins to cover it entirely.

Let's make the cookies

5. Separate the yolk from the egg whites. Measure 20 grams of egg yolk. If there isn't enough, use the egg whites until you get 30 grams worth.
6. Mix 125 grams of room temperature unsalted butter.
7. Sieve 50 grams of powdered sugar and mix into the mixture.
8. Mix in the 20 grams of egg yolk from 5.
9. Sieve 140 grams of cookie flour, 40 grams of almond powder, and 10 grams of cocoa powder, and mix into the mixture.
10. Put the mixture from 9. into the Baking Gun and squeeze it out. The quantity of dough should be enough to fill the Baking Gun two times. Gently press the uneven parts on the surface and the final product will come out nicely.
11. Preheat the oven to 170 degrees and bake for 13 minutes.

Let's make some white chocolate buttercream

12. Dissolve 40 grams of white chocolate by placing its container in warm water.
13. Mix 80 grams of unsalted butter.
14. Mix the mixture from 12. into 13.
15. Mix 10 grams of granulated sugar with the egg whites from 5. until frothy and make it into a solid meringue.
16. Put 15. into 14. around three times, and mix with a hand mixer.
17. Mix in 3 grams of rum.
18. Put the mixture into the Baking Gun, insert the 5-nozzle, and chill in the refrigerator for around 15 minutes.
19. Squeeze 18. onto 11. once the cookies have cooled sufficiently.
20. Place the raisins from 4. on top. Placing two on top will result in the raisins providing a gentle taste. Feel free to add more to your liking.

If you put red sprinkles on top, it will seem that much more Valentiney!

21. Make sandwiches with the cookies.
22. Chill in the refrigerator until the cream becomes sufficiently hard.
23. All done! Yum!
