Being the kind of person who is constantly on the go, always shooting and editing, I find myself skipping meals since I literally don't have to time to eat and I tend to binge on super unhealthy food or snacks.
I've been following the schedule above everyday except for weekends where I eat anything I want and I found that I lost more fat percentage and my energy levels has increased, although I have less sleep daily since the ingredients for each has been very well thought out and has the right amount of nutrients your body needs compare to other famous options which has more "hidden" unhealthy contents
On top of that Focus Food is a Malaysian brand and it is super affordable compared to other "commercial" brands out there which is way more expensive (*cough Herbalife*)
