?炒滑蛋 重點?
雞蛋落鑊後,不斷向四邊推,
直至雞蛋將近凝結,馬上熄
火,將蛋一反,就係（滑蛋）
嚟㗎啦
?Fried slippery egg ?
After the egg is dropped into the wok, it is pushed to the sides,
Until the egg is nearly coagulated, immediately extinguish
Fire, reverse the egg, and tie it (slippery egg)
牛乳炒滑蛋：
材料：
雞蛋3隻
鮮奶50毫升
調味料：
油2湯匙
黑胡椒少許
處理：
將3隻雞蛋，與鮮奶混和，打勻。
烹調：
1. 放2湯匙落鑊，大火燒熱。
2. 轉中火，倒入蛋漿。
3. 轉回中大火，不斷四面將雞蛋推開。
4. 反轉另一面，可以上碟。
5. 灑上黑胡椒，完成。
Scrambled eggs with Hokkaido milk:
Ingredients:
Eggs 3 Nos.
Hokkaido milk 50ml
Seasoning:
Oil 2 tbsp
Black pepper a pinch
Preparation:
1. Beat 3 eggs, mix with milk, until blended.
Steps:
1. Heat up 2 tbsp oil in wok at high flame.
2. Turn to medium~low flame, put egg syrup in wok.
3. Turn to medium~high flame, stir fry the egg syrup to the centre of wok continuously.
4. Flip over, put on a plate.
5. Put little black pepper on top, serve.
