I started working on Instagram a few months ago and so far I have three types of posts:

1. Word of the Day: I go over the pronunciation, collocations and provide example sentences. All these words are high frequency tier-2, cross-domain vocabulary words that appear in both academic texts and the news.

每日單字：我會針對發音、搭配詞、單字用法進行說明。所有的單字都來自高頻Tier 2跨領域學術詞彙，你會常在學術文章和新聞看到它們。

2. News English: I publish abridged, translated, and audio versions of news stories found in the NY Times, Reuters, the Guardian, and so on. These take a bit of time to do, so please use these resources as a part of your learning.

時事英文：我會發布來自紐約時報、路透社、衛報等網站的新聞，並且花了不少時間提供三合一服務（新聞摘要、翻譯、有聲版）。言下之意就是多使用這些資源吧！

3. Daily life English topics: Anything that I find interesting or useful to students

生活英文主題：只要是有趣或是實用的資訊都會出現～

受験生の皆さん、お疲れ様です。英検やTOEFLを受けていた頃の脳の使い方を思い出して一気に疲弊しました…気楽に自分のペースで勉強するのも良いけど、何かに挑んでいる時って自分を試していると言うか戦ってる感があってそれはそれで良いですよね（たまになら）。
今年から出題内容が変わって、それに伴って学校や塾や予備校の授業内容も大幅に変わったりするのでしょうか。試験に向けての勉強であることに変わりはないとしても、割と実用性の高いテスト内容だった気がしたのでカリキュラムもそうなっていくのだとしたら良い傾向ですよね。でも試験内容の変更を受けて教育現場の教え方が変わるという順番ってどうなんですかね。なんにせよテストに向けての勉強ではあれどそのテストがその後の実社会に活きるものに近づくというのはやっぱり良い傾向ではあるか。教育って全ての根本にあって考えだすと本当にブラックホールですよね。
今回英語のみやってみましたが、これを他の科目も2日間に渡って、さらに受験シーズンなんて何日も何週間にも渡ってこなすなんて、本当にえらいことだなと震えました…
あと中学受験で一時帰国していた時に黒豆を持っていた祖母に「くろちゃん」と呼ばれ「あ、黒豆と間違えちゃった！」（本気）って言われたことを思い出しました。確かにあの頃黒かったけど。

I truly admire all the students who are taking tons of exams and are studying from dawn to midnight for several months... This exam that I tried this time, is basically a pre- entering test which students who applied for universities take, before taking entering exams. So it's a real big deal for those students in Japan.
In Japan, the goal of studying is to pass these kind of exams for most of the students, and not for actually using what we learned or nurturing the knowledge to another level. (At least that's what I think!) There's an exam, so we study and they teach. I wonder if this structure ever changes in the near future. What's the educational motivation and process like in your countries?
Well it was interesting taking this exam, my brain definitely got stimulated. Music content and other videos are in process, so stick around for more! Thanks as always.

There is a lot of information that we could not fit in a 10 min video, and some parts could be more clearly presented. For example, pauses are entirely natural when one searches for content. We selected them based on the following criteria: be related to education, have "spontaneous" interaction, and be in the public domain.
