Yellowknife 黃刀鎮│驚嚇的依索比亞素料理 (葷素共融)
在這零下十幾二十度的地方，一邊看著美麗雪白的雪景，一邊不斷期待著會吃到什麼樣的vegan料理。最後選擇了ZEHABESHA作為我們在黃刀的首頓料理。
這是一家依索比亞料理，首先我地理真的很差，依索比亞在哪啊？(後來知道了在非洲 ☺️)，然後看了一下餐牌，餐牌上的照片嚇了我們一大跳！一坨坨的，像是不同顏色的泥巴 (看著就不太有胃口)，有不好的預感。戰戰兢兢地點了「Yetsom Beyayantu (CA22)」和「Kik Alicha (CA15.5)」。
食物超大一份 (真的是很大盤)，那些「泥巴」居然意外地超好吃！它們其實是不同的豆泥，配飯很好吃！真的人不可貌相，食物也是 😂 建議他們重拍餐單上的照片 (我可以幫忙 🙈)！反正這家真的是好吃，雖然貴了一點，但非洲料理也比較少吃到，值了！
Yellowknife│Scared Tradition Ethiopian Cuisine (veg friendly)
Looking at the beautiful city with snow-white scene under these minus ten or twenty degrees, I was constantly thinking about what kind of vegan cuisine I would eat at the same time. We finally chose ZEHABESHA as our first vegan meal at Yellowknife.
This is an Ethiopian cuisine. First of all, my geography is really bad. Where is Ethiopia? (I later learned that it is in Africa ☺️), and then looked at the menu, the photos on the menu scared us! For a moment, it looks like mud of different colors (it doesn't have appetite when looking at it). We finally ordered "Yetsom Beyayantu (CA22)" and "Kik Alicha (CA15.5)".
The food is oversized (really a large plate), and those "mud" are surprisingly delicious! You can't judge a person by his appearance, food as well 😂 I highly suggest they retake the photos on the menu (I can help 🙈)! Anyway, this restaurant is really delicious. Although it is a bit expensive, African food is relatively rare, and it is worth a try!
