Now in its fourth year, and with four markets, the Global Makeup Awards has become the leading cosmetics and makeup awards globally,

The Global Makeup Awards is delighted to showcase the best in makeup and beauty looking at the best of new launches in the UK, USA, Scandinavia and for 2021 also Asia. Different countries have not only different companies and products, but also different beauty looks and trends. There are three awards dates for each region.

This awards celebrates new launches. With over 30 product categories, this is the most comprehensive cosmetics and makeup awards to showcase your brand's innovation, expertise and quality. We are looking for all the best in cosmetics, as well as the latest and greatest tools and products for your hair, body, skincare and wellbeing.

We think that everyone deserves to know which mascara will give you infinite lashes when compared against the other top game changing mascaras or which bronzer will give the most realistic glow. We want to know the best products on the market for 2020 and are looking for products launched after Jan 2018.
About the Global Green Beauty Awards

The Global Green Beauty Awards, now in its second year is slightly different to the Global Makeup Awards for three main reasons:
• The focus is Green & Clean beauty products
• Categories for beauty brands / products which are ethical, natural, organic, vegan, zero waste or cruelty free (not all at once)
• There are no launch date restrictions
• A wider scope for all beauty products

PRODUCTS REVIEW - HOUSE OF IMMORTELLE

1. NAPLES REJUVENATING ESSENCE 100ml

🔴MY REVIEW: This’s a really nice essence. I have dry sensitive skin and I use this as part of my evening routine. It does a really great job in soothing my skin. It doesn’t cause me to break out and it leaves my skin hydrated. Easy to apply, absorbs nicely and this’s one of my favorite skincare products. Nothing to complain!!

2. VALENCIA HEAVENLY FACE SERUM 30ml

💡DETAILS: “Skin heaven” in a bottle for preventive anti-ageing. Lightweight but highly effective moisture of Rose, Jasmine, Neroli and Immortelle restores skin to its original beautifully bouncy condition. Quickly absorbed to leave skin looking and feeling firming and smoother. Improve the appearance of fine lines, visible sign of ageing and minimises the visible sign of pores.

🔴MY REVIEW: I have been using this face serum for about a month now and I’m already noticing a difference. It sinks into the skin quickly which I love. It leaves my skin feeling really soft, renewed and hydrated. I especially love the organic and natural ingredients used in the serum. Overall, this serum is moisturizing. It keeps my face looking young and vibrant. This’s lightweight and I can easily wear this at bedtime as well as underneath my makeup. Definitely recommend.

3. IBIZA TIME-FREEZING FACE SERUM 30ml

💡DETAILS: Rewind the signs of time with this soothing and antioxidising oil serum - a rosehip seed and argan oil blend revved up with tried-and-trusted antioxidant-rich botanical oils that tones down the stubborn dryness and gets rid of flakiness while plumping up time-tired pores. Quickly absorbed and leaving skin looking smooth, soft and radiant.

🔴MY REVIEW: It leaves skin noticeably softer, smoother and healthier. I have only been using it for two weeks and I already notice a visible difference especially when applying makeup and my skin looked brighter and healthier. No irritation at all. Overall, my skin feels plumper, more hydrated and smooth. All ingredients are natural. Absorbs easily into the skin. I really love this product and would definitely recommend.

4. B5 TEA TREE ANTI-BLEMISH SERUM 30ml

💡DETAILS: Enriched with hydrating vitamin B5, which replenishes the nutrients skin needs to feel smooth and appear younger. This oil-free moisturising gel contains hyaluronic acid, the body’s natural hydrator, which helps to bind moisture to the skin. Blended with Tea Tree, Juniper Berry and Manuka extracts to reduce the formation of acne and breakouts and assist the skin with oil-control.

🔴MY REVIEW: I found I see the best results when I use it twice a day. This serum absorbs quickly into the skin with no residue or oily feeling left behind. It’s reduced the redness in my face and feels like it’s firmed up my skin. I have extremely dry sensitive skin and after using this for the past few weeks, my skin feels hydrated and looks healthy. Give it a try and I strongly believe that you won’t be disappointed.

5. HYDRATING ROSE GEL MASK 100g

🔴MY REVIEW: This gel mask is amazing. I’ve been using it several times a week for the last couple of weeks and it has made a huge difference in my smile lines. Well, I have extremely dry sensitive skin and this has worked wonders for me. Overall, it seems to be very hydrating and improve the overall texture of my skin. Highly recommend.

PRODUCTS REVIEW - MONPURE LONDON

1. STRENGTHENING SILK PROTEIN SHAMPOO 200ml

💡DETAILS: Strengthening Silk Protein Shampoo effectively lifts away dirt and debris without stripping the scalp and hair of moisture. Vegan silk peptides create a breathable ‘second skin’ on both the scalp and hair, protecting (by more than 35%) against the effects of pollution, irritants and bacteria, all of which are known to compromise hair colour.

✳️INFO: If you tend to shy away from shampoo for fear of a dry scalp and frizzy strands, Strengthening Silk Protein Shampoo is the refreshing antidote to everything that has gone before. It may not foam as much as other varieties, but this means it won’t leave hair dry and brittle either. 🔴MY REVIEW: The shampoo works very well. Great product for damaged hair. Left my hair feeling shiny, soft and manageable. Loved the ingredients and how clean and natural it is. Definitely recommend.

2. STRENGTHENING ESSENCE-CONDITIONER 200ml

💡DETAILS: Strengthening Essence-Conditioner is an ultra-lightweight conditioning ‘essence’ to soothe and hydrate the scalp-skin and strands, locking in moisture without feeling greasy or weighing the hair down.

✳️INFO: If you thought conditioner was just meant for the ends of your hair and not your scalp, Strengthening Essence-Conditioner will make you think again. Turning the traditional idea of conditioner on its head (pun intended) they called this an ‘essence-conditioner’ because of its unique lightweight texture – similar to a skincare ‘essence’ inspired by K-beauty regimes. It treats and nourishes the scalp-skin and strands, without feeling heavy or leaving the hair looking flat. (Also if you’ve just used the Nourish and Stimulate Scalp Mask, this is the perfect follow-on product to boost its scalp-loving effects.) Perfect for all hair types – especially fine and flyaway hair - it contains strengthening vegan silk peptides, while argan oil and pro vitamin B5 deliver a moisturising double-act to leave the scalp and hair supremely nourished.

🔴MY REVIEW: My hair is baby fine and tangles easily. It’s great helping with my comb out and detangling. After using this essence conditioner I noticed that my hair is shinier, healthier, has less fly-aways and is more manageable. It’s quite expensive than many other brands but they so deliver on what they promise their product will do for your hair. I definitely recommend this product.

3. NOURISH AND STIMULATE SCALP MASK 120g

💡DETAILS: Nourish and Stimulate Scalp Mask works to improve scalp health by ‘feeding’ hair follicles and skin cells with essential vitamins and nutrients, creating the optimum environment for hair growth. Invigorates an itchy scalp and relieves redness, discomfort and sun damage.

✳️INFO: If your scalp is feeling particularly under the weather, Nourish and Stimulate Scalp Mask is the ultimate scalpcare SOS weekly treatment that should be adorning every bathroom shelf. Simply massage this fluffy cloud-light formula through your roots, onto your scalp and any stress and discomfort should be a thing of the past (you should start to feel it tingle – that’s the best bit). There are two ways of using it: either leave on for 15 minutes as a deep treatment before going into the shower; or use in the shower after shampooing – massage into the scalp and let it work for 10 minutes before washing out. Not only does it work to improve scalp health so hair can grow stronger, better and healthier with regular use, but it also soothes, hydrates and relieves itchiness with aloe vera and vitamin-rich camellia tea oil. 🔴MY REVIEW: I have used this scalp mask several times and I definitely recommend this. After the first use, my hair was noticeably softer without being weighed down or greasy. Well, my hair has been colored every month and this has really helped decrease the frizz and keep its soft, silky and straight. To be honest, I enjoy their products.

4. HYDRATE AND SOOTHE SCALP SERUM 50ml

💡DETAILS: Hydrate and Soothe Scalp Serum is an intense, anti-inflammatory solution for quenching very dry, irritated scalp-skin, as well as soothing rough patches. Can help calm symptoms of redness, acne, eczema, sun damage and general stress on the scalp.

✳️INFO: You may have an entire shelf of serums for your face, but what about your scalp? Hydrate and Soothe Scalp Serum was created to give dry, irritated scalps some much-needed care and attention. This calming concoction features redness-reducing witch hazel, protective Pro Vitamin B5 and allantoin - a renowned humectant, which draws and retains moisture like a sponge. Gently massage in a few drops into your roots morning and night to soothe stressed scalp-skin and deliver a good dose of moisture in the process – over time you should see an improvement in scalp health too. 🔴MY REVIEW: I have been using this for a month now, it keeps my hair free from dandruff. Well, this scalp serum was perfect for my scalp. I have eczema so the itching is crazy at times. It soothes my scalp and does not make it too oily. Easy to apply and it has absolutely saved my life. Highly recommend.

5. FOLLICLE BOOST HAIR DENSITY SERUM 50ml

💡DETAILS: The ‘hero serum’ that started it all, Follicle Boost Hair Density Serum works to stimulate the scalp, improve cell turnover and prevent hair loss and thinning.

✳️INFO: A true labour of love, this has been meticulously developed by their team of scientists, dermatologists and beauty experts and formulated to perfection in their German laboratories. Here’s how it works: special pumpkin seed extract and castor oil work to stimulate the scalp, with the former having been scientifically proven to help block an enzyme called 5-alpha reductase, which has been shown to produce a chemical called DHT from testosterone, which causes hair loss. Meanwhile, exfoliating retinol and lactic acid work to improve cell turnover and remove dead skin and debris that often inhibit hair growth. Gently massage a few drops onto the scalp every morning, as part of your daily skincare routine.

🔴MY REVIEW: After using this for a month, I have noticed how soft and stronger my hair is at the ends. My edges are beginning to show signs of growth. It’s very lightweight and absorbs easily. Overall, I’m finding my hair stronger, thicker and more healthier with increasing hair growth all the time. Very happy that it works so well. I definitely will continue to use.
