Based on same price range, a number of Taipei’s most famous Teppanyaki restaurants were tasted with the following comments:

Taste of food here is towards the light side as chef aims to bring out the freshness of the ingredients. But at the same time you can still feel the Japanese flavour.
For those who like to drink, you can also enjoy some good wines and whisky with the chef.
Food here for sure fits best to my palate. And I always have a great time here!

台北五大最強鐵板燒之一 (醬汁最強)
以同樣價錢，最近試了幾間台北最有名的鐵板燒，評價如下：

毫無疑問，這間的醬汁非常講究。加上葉師父的手藝，每一道菜都像在吃日風西餐。牛肉是一半美牛一半和牛, 比全和牛我更喜歡，但味道偏淡了一點，跟其他幾間比較遜色了一點。最後沒有配一道主食更好像缺乏了一點東西，令整餐有不夠完整之感，有點可惜。
配套當然是五大最強，看圖便知！

Based on same price range, a number of Taipei’s most famous Teppanyaki restaurants were tasted with the following comments:

No doubt the sauce that they use is very articulate. Adding to Head Chef Mr. Yip’s skills, all dishes are just like Japanese style western cuisine. Beef served was half US half Japanese which suits me better though taste is towards the light side. This course is relatively weaker compared to the other restaurants tasted. Most importantly, no carbs course (rice / noodles) at the end feels like the meal was not completed which is quite unfortunate.
As seen from the photos, hardware is the strongest amongst the five.

台北五大最強鐵板燒之一 (最具本地色彩)
以同樣價錢，最近試了幾間台北最有名的鐵板燒，評價如下：

城中名牌鐵板燒。要提前很早訂位而幾乎只接熟客。 包桌8-10位最佳。
這次把每位定價提高，跟其他幾間相若， 所以這次是吃過多次中最好的一次。
師傅的功力是肯定的, 可能是因為要尋求變化, 這裡的食物沒有像我預期中日式鐵板燒的味道。
整晚用餐還是滿足的。

Based on same price range, a number of Taipei’s most famous Teppanyaki restaurants were tasted with the following comments:

One of if not the most sought after Teppanyaki restaurants in Taiwan. Need to make reservation well in advance and almost only entertain repeated customers. Reserving the whole table seating 8-10 people is the best.
We adjusted the price per head to be consistent with the other four joints and this is the best I’ve had at this place amongst my past visits.
Skill of chef is for sure well recognised, though probably due to his effort to differentiate, somehow I can’t find the flavour of food having the expected resemblance of traditional Japanese Teppanyaki. Still an enjoyable dining experience overall.
