Sardine Miso Rice Bento
When a cat sleeps on a bed of sardine rice...
Recipe for sardine miso rice:
Ingredients:
1. One slice of sardine
2. One bowl of cooked rice
3. One stalk of scallion
4. Half a piece of chilli
5. One teaspoon of miso
Method:
1. Mash the sardine with a fork
2. Thinly slice scallion and chilli
3. Mix 1, 2, rice and miso well
4. Ready to be served !!
Miso goes really well with sardine and this is an easy peasy recipe. Pls try!
