A 2 stage cooked Boiled #Tafelspitz using Mostviertler Ox from Lower Austria plains up North, Roasted Bone Marrow, Horseradish bread cream, Bouillon of Vegetables €23,90. A Tafelspitz is a typical Austrian boiled beef dish, but this special version has a slightly Cheesy Breaded crust on top, meaning the bottom beef tastes like the normal boiled beef version but the top has a crispy edge, brilliant! Even the bouillon sauce below was amazingly fragrant from the vegetable aromatics.. Served with a side of Beans & Horseradish. One of the most memorable dishes I ever ate recently.

The Chinese are usually not too into European boiled beef recipes much, we prob prefer the Roasted versions, unless it’s Beef Flank/briskets cooked in our own Masterstock or Medicinal soup then eaten with soup noodles.
