Oh my truffle... 🙈 | what a night tasting and learning all about winter truffles from Aussie, thanks to Cochin Delicatessen and Waves Pacific! Did you know the usual strong and pungent taste from truffle oil is nothing like the real deal? The true and not at all overwhelming earthy and crisp taste from the Black Perigord Truffles went with anything and everything from shakshuka to ice cream (did y'all see my stories lol truffle galore), but my fave was the beef carpaccio. ❤️😚 now you can taste this and more at respectable restos all over town la!
