I understand telemarketing is essential in promoting products. I have been accepting calls from your agents and listen to them very patiently.
It has been more than one occasions I was told I have been offered to upgrade my box to the latest one for free. And in the same conversation, I would later be told I am not qualified as I do not own my individual Astro dish. I am using condo’s centralised cable.
However, your agents love my number so much, they kept calling and kept offering.
This morning I got another call. As usual they didn’t let me explain my illegibility before they finish their script. I hence have to make it clear again. The telemarketers hung up after.
Less than two hours later, the same number called me again. I am very sorry, I have to stop answering your call as it has became a hassle.
Accept my sincere apology for not answering. I do a lot of repeat talking professionally. I don’t want that in my day to day life.
Once again. I am sorry.
Please suggest to your telemarketers to make a full record of details of “rejected” offers so they don’t have to call unqualified customers time and again.
