“That’s a stupid idea.”
“Stick to what you know.”
“You can’t afford that.”
“No one would say yes to that.”
“I would never do that.”
“That is too risky.”
“No one wants to hear that from you.”
“You’re too young”
“You’re too old.”
“You’re not serious, right?.” - I’ve heard them all... 😔
And the more I share and grow, the more risk I take, the more I step into a bigger life, the more I hear it...
But... guess what? OTHER PEOPLE’S OPINION IS NONE OF OUR BUSINESS.
It’s called “opinion” for a reason. It’s not the TRUTH.💥
Other people’s opinions used to run me. I used to ask for approval. I cared (way too much) what others thought.
It could become a problem when it gets between you and your goals and vision.
So how do you fix this?
Here is what I do: I ask myself, “Mich, whose life are you living?” and “Who are you living for?”
Whenever I do that, it puts things back into perspective and it reminds me that ultimately, the decision is mine alone. Others opinion is just that, an opinion.
You see, others opinions do not pay our bills.
Others opinions don’t keep us warm at night.
Others opinions are merely a reflection of THEIR own experiences, beliefs and missed goals.
Their opinions don’t “protect us”.
What others opinions do for us is distracting us from our vision, our goals, our hopes and dreams.
Anything is POSSIBLE for you, so do not muddy that belief with someone’s “opinion.”
Be careful who you seek guidance from.
What would you go for if you stop caring about others opinion?👇🏻

Remove the Roof
“When he entered again into Capernaum after some days, it was heard that he was in the house. Immediately many were gathered together, so that there was no more room, not even around the door; and he spoke the word to them. Four people came, carrying a paralytic to him. When they could not come near to him for the crowd, they removed the roof where he was. When they had broken it up, they let down the mat that the paralytic was lying on. Jesus, seeing their faith, said to the paralytic, “Son, your sins are forgiven you.” But there were some of the scribes sitting there, and reasoning in their hearts, “Why does this man speak blasphemies like that? Who can forgive sins but God alone?” Immediately Jesus, perceiving in his spirit that they so reasoned within themselves, said to them, “Why do you reason these things in your hearts? Which is easier, to tell the paralytic, ‘Your sins are forgiven;’ or to say, ‘Arise, and take up your bed, and walk?’ But that you may know that the Son of Man has authority on earth to forgive sins”—he said to the paralytic— “I tell you, arise, take up your mat, and go to your house.” He arose, and immediately took up the mat, and went out in front of them all; so that they were all amazed, and glorified God, saying, “We never saw anything like this!”” (Mark 2:1-12 WEB)
The Lord brought this miracle to my remembrance and wants to tell us to remove the roof in our minds.
Oftentimes when we are faced with challenges, we only see the impossibilities and limitations.
The paralytic’s four friends saw that the house was so crowded and that there was no way to enter through the front door. Instead of seeing this as an impossible situation, they thought out of the box and removed the roof.
Some of us need to remove the roof from some wrong doctrines that we have been taught in the past that are limiting our ability to receive from God now.
When the four friends lowered the paralytic down into the house, Jesus did not rebuke them or curse the paralytic for removing the roof. Instead, He saw their faith and healed the paralytic.
The religious scribes might have viewed removing the roof as an audacious and preposterous act, but Jesus only saw it as faith.
When you approach God today in prayer, don’t have this sense of fear, as if He will punish you if you say something wrong.
Just believe that He is like Jesus, seeing your faith as you ask Him for big things—even ‘impossible’ things. He loves it when you have faith to receive miraculous breakthroughs from Him!
“Now to him who is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that works in us, to him be the glory in the assembly and in Christ Jesus to all generations forever and ever. Amen.” (Ephesians 3:20-21 WEB)
Remove the roof in your mind that limits God or makes Him appear stingy and reluctant to help you.
God is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think, which means that no matter how big your prayer requests (demands) are, His supply will be much more than you expect.
If He is going to keep exceeding your expectations, then set your sights high. He loves it when you have a good opinion of Him—and that is faith!
In my book “Messiah’s Miracles: The Power of Having Faith in Jesus Christ”, explore the 37 recorded miracles of Jesus Christ with me and see God’s beautiful heart of love and Grace towards you. The revelations within about the way of faith will cause you to even receive long-awaited miraculous breakthroughs in your life: https://bit.ly/messiahs-miracles

Before the huge guns and 6 packs you see, he was a skinny toothpick that was bullied and told he could never be anyone. My long time friend, Dennis Yin. Started as a clown at 14 with low self esteem, but managed to battle the demon within him and worked his way up to where he is today!
He has some of the craziest work ethics when it comes to pushing himself to achieve what he wants to achieve. Everything Dennis does, whether it be dancing, radio hosting, or acting in a movie, he pushes himself and performs it all at the highest level. I hope you guys enjoy this one as much as I did!

What is it like working for giant corporations? What is it like holding corporate executives responsible for their impact on society? Nature N8 sits down with Christine Bader, former head of CSR for Amazon, and before that, a long-term employee at BP.
We discuss how Christine’s experiences in Indonesia, China, and the U.K. led her to revelations about sustainability and work culture, and where we can begin to think about the life we really want. Now, Christine is the co-founder of The Life I Want, a story-telling project reimagining a future of work that works for all.

We’ve spent the past couple decades trying to get through to climate sceptics, but WHY exactly are conspiracy theories so credible for some people? This week, Nature N8 chats with Professor Stephan Lewandowsky about the psychological nature of science denialism.
Professor Lewandowsky is the chair of Cognitive Psychology at the School of Experimental Psychology, University of Bristol. He has studied people’s belief in conspiracy theories, disinformation surrounding the Iraq War, and public opinion on climate change.
After listening to this episode, WASTE not your time convincing science deniers, WHY not have more conversations with people who actually care about what you have to say?
Check out Professor Lewandowsky’s NEW Conspiracy Handbook (2020) here: http://sks.to/conspiracy
