魯妹是北部私立環工碩班畢業 有1年環境工程顧問公司經驗 公司位在台北市 規模在300
人左右

最近想轉職，騎驢找馬ing，有幸到aecom這家大型工程公司面試，職位是高雄水務部的工
程師，未來工作內容是海水淡化等水回收處理設計。

目前對這家公司的瞭解僅止於前身是京華；曾待過的學長表示水務部流動率很高，面試時
詢問而得知高雄水務工程師很多到職未滿一年(算是驗證這個說法？)

由於目前的工作內容比較偏向環境管理，但這個職缺比較偏重在水利、水處理以及工程設
計，差異很大。

網路aecom的資訊搜尋下來多是被政府列拒絕往來戶(聽說告贏了又是一條活龍la～)想詢
問各位成功的先進有沒有水務部相關的一些資訊? 如工作氣氛、主管帶領方式(很怕遇到
不帶人或不夠專業的主管亂帶)、薪資、加班情形、升遷…等等
