材料:
牛肉薄片 130g,蔥 150g,水牛芝士 70g,照燒醬 1 tbsp
韓式烤牛肉醬:生抽 2 tbsp,砂糖 2 tbsp,蔥花 1 tbsp,蒜蓉 1 tsp,胡椒粉 適量,芝麻 適量,麻油 1 tsp
煎餅麵糊:炸粉 5 tbsp,水 9 tbsp,鹽 1 tsp
做法:
1. 將生抽,砂糖,蔥花,蒜蓉,胡椒粉,芝麻,麻油拌勻,醃牛肉薄片
2. 將炸粉,水,鹽拌勻
3. 在平底鑊上落油煎蔥,加入煎餅麵糊,牛肉薄片,煎兩邊
4. 差不多熟透時,灑上水牛芝士,加蓋燜煮
5. 灑上照燒醬

※ Ingredients:
150g Green Onion, 130g Thinly Sliced Flank Steak, 70g Mozzarella Cheese, 1Tbsp Teriyaki Sauce
- Pancake Mixture : 5Tbsp Frying Powder, 9Tbsp Water, 1tsp Salt
- Bulgogi Sauce : 2Tbsp Soy Sauce, 2Tbsp Sugar, 1tsp Minced Green Onion, 1tsp minced Garlic, Pepper, Sesame Seed, 1tsp Sesame Oil
※ Preparation:
1. Combine all the ingredients to make Bulgogi sauce.
2. Pour over beef and marinate well.
3. Sift tempura flour, add 9Tbsp Water and salt to make pancake batter.
4. Preheat the frying pan and put generous amount of cooking oil. Place green onion on the pan parallel to each other and pour pancake mixture over.
5. Add marinated bulgogi and turn the pancake over when you seen top of the pancake is partially cooked.
6. Flip over when bulgogi is well cooked. Sprinkle cheese and place lid to let melt.
7. Brush teriyaki sauce on top and serve.
