NEW COLLAGEN PORRIDGE! Rafael Chew Chor Meng and Real Zhou Chongqing open a porridge stall named “粥出名 The Famous Zhou” in Ang Mo Kio. They learnt how to cook porridge from Chef Huang Ching Bian, fine-tuned it and introduced 8 different flavours in the stall. Each bowl of porridge is so silky smooth. You must try their collagen porridge which comes with abalone and prawns!
