Find Serenity with Zazen
Zazen is practiced by followers of Buddhism. The method of practicing Zazen varies, but the basic principles are relatively similar. The aim of Zazen is to meditate, suspending all judgmental thinking and letting all ideas, words, images and thoughts flow through the mind without dwelling on them. Many people experience exuberance after practicing Zazen.
Inexperienced people should assemble at 18:30 for advance instruction
and mail to kmrkaneko@yahoo.co.jp.
While there is no dress code, we recommend wearing clothing that is comfortable and has sleeves. Changing rooms are also available.
If you would like to tour the storehouse, you must make a reservation at least one day in advance.
