Woohoo, we have survived being parents of four for half a month!
Many of you asked how I manage my day-to-day without a confinement lady. The truth is since the baby was born, I have been focusing on feeding, changing, bathing and taking care of him around the clock while leaving the other three kids to the hubby, who cooks for them and fetches them to school.
Yup, so we have to work as a team and while we sometimes don't see eye to eye (yes, it happens even after having four kids), we remind ourselves to keep sight of the bigger picture and what matters right now is attending to the needs of our children and keeping them safe and happy.
I'm truly thankful that he has been around to help out for the past fortnight. For good or bad, life now returns to normal and he has to resume work in the navy while I learn to hold the fort at home on my own. It's kind of exciting just thinking about it, isn't it?
At least we know that no matter what happens, we will always have each other's back in this parenting journey and are never alone in facing our biggest fear or conquering the toughest obstacle. Hopefully we will soon get used to this new routine and still be able to make the most of every day.

One way or another, we have all been through a complicated year.
2020, the year we will all remember as the year the world as we know, changed, forever.
But what if it never did change? We are all familiar with the concept " the only thing that remains constant, is change itself. "
So what if we are just too small in the grand scheme of the Lord’s great plan, that we think all this, is something of an unprecedented, but in fact, has cycled around millions of times already?
It’s been more or less the same for me this year, despite of a million crap that has happened, which contains enough story and incredible feats for one of those indie NETFLIX film.
But despite of all that,I am basically doing the exact same thing like I always do.
I snowboard, I teach others to snowboard, and I can make almost anyone look good on a snowboard, and I get to make a living out of it.
Thank you to the hundreds of students that are willing to take my lessons in the 36 meters long big freezer during weekdays.
Thank you and thank you, to the SnowSensei team & staff & part timers, without you, none of this would be possible.
You are the true backbone of "Snow Sensei"
Most importantly, thank you thank you and thank you to those who stood by me through the ups and downs.
You are family, mi familia.
We all live different lives because God has different missions for each of us, but we are all pillars and stones in this temple of God, it's my absolute honor to have shared a corner with ya'll.
Next time we get to cross each other's path, remember to give me a holler, raise one to the sky, cheers to this beautiful thing that is,
LIFE.
HELLO 2021, HERE WE COME!

〈船停在港口最安全,但那不是造船的目的〉
今天早上來跟大家分享 Netflix 網飛 的創新案例:
Netflix
"It’s safest for a ship to stay in a port, but that’s not the purpose of shipbuilding."
This morning, I will share with you the innovative case of Netflix:
Netflix successfully experienced four major corporate transformations:
The first transformation: from shipping DVDs to broadcasting past movies and albums via Internet streaming.
The second transformation: from streaming and broadcasting old content to broadcasting new native content shot by an external production company, such as "House of Cards".
The third transformation: from buying copyrighted content from an external production company to setting up your own studio and shooting award-winning TV shows and movies.
Fourth transformation: From a purely American company to a global company providing entertainment in 190 countries.
After four corporate transformations, Netflix's market value exceeded US$200 billion. Founder and CEO Reed Hastings mentioned the business mentality of corporate innovation and transformation in the book "No Rules Rules". It is believed that the three operating principles of innovation are:
Principle 1: Masters are on the same team, so that they can stimulate each other's progress and eliminate mediocrity.
Principle 2: Acknowledge your mistakes loudly and celebrate in a low voice, so that you can change from being outstanding to outstanding.
Principle 3: Cultivate the spirit of entrepreneurship. Only in this way can we be assured of authorization, decentralized decision-making, and help everyone build a consensus of "taking the company's best interests as consideration."
The formulation of rules and standard operating procedures is a necessary process for most companies to grow and thrive, but they also often become a stumbling block for corporate transformation. Netflix and Netflix, in order to allow each corporate transformation to maintain flexibility and flexibility, choose fewer rules to promote greater Innovation. Business leaders must understand that it is safest for a ship to stay in a port, but that is not the purpose of shipbuilding. Similarly, SOP (standard operating procedure) makes the company safe, but that is not the purpose of the establishment of the company.
Good morning everyone, I encourag business leaders to increase the flexibility of individuals and organizations, so that innovation and transformation can be more flexible.
大家早安。
