👉我做過research,呢到主要以À la carte形式點菜,
整體價錢合理。首先嗌左個每日都有唔同既生蠔拼盤,
今日生蠔來自法國產地既Taylie,賣相新鮮,
口感creamy仲帶少少海水味。可以配搭檸檬
或特製醬汁,將個鹹鮮味更加突出,回味無窮。

📌Melting French Raclette Cheese w/ Potatoes &
Smoked Ham - $188
👉一道法國傳統前菜「熱溶法國流心芝士」,
相當有驚喜。Staff會將一整塊克雷特芝士係
我地面前將表面慢慢刮落黎再流落沙律菜面上,
成件事好有娛樂性,芝士果種質感有種令人
細味既境界,簡直係catch your eyes。
加埋香草烤薯、意大利煙火腿、
火箭菜配搭芝士一齊食,份外惹味。

📌French Duck Liver w/Green Apple Puree - $158
👉第二道前菜「法國鴨肝 · 紅酒蘋果蓉」
當然有我最愛既香煎鴨肝啦,呢個主角Size適中,
擺盤精緻。煎到微微焦香既外層,油脂豐富,
入口融化感到好處,配搭帶酸酸甜甜既蘋果蓉,
非常開胃。

📌US SRF Wagyu Striploin Steak - $428 (400g)
👉每個牛魔王都無法逃避既巨型「美國極黑和牛西冷」,
成400g咁重,一睇就知份量唔講少啦。表面既
Grillmark相當突出,成塊和牛燒得均勻,
帶少少微焦色澤分明。而切開仲見到肉質粉嫩,
岩岩好五成熟,入口嫩滑彈牙,牛味濃厚,
完全無韌既感覺,呢個不得不試!

📌Lab Eat Dessert Platter - $328
👉最夢幻既招牌甜品「Lab Eat液態氮甜品拼盤」,
要預先提早一日向餐廳落定order。而呢個拼盤既
主角係個巨型既72%比利時朱古力波,Staff會將
液態氮慢慢倒入去,將裡面裝滿哂既青蘋果味既
氮份子料理變成粒粒雪糕咁,口感好特別;
另外甜品仲有法式馬卡龍,甜而不膩;
雲呢拿雪葩、黑加倫子雪葩,賣相精緻,
質感幼滑;熱情果芝士蛋糕甜度岩岩好,
個口感結實,凍冰冰好清爽;Tiramisu濃郁既
咖啡味,加埋裡面粒粒食到粒粒果凍,幾有咬口。
最後Staff會幫我敲碎埋成個朱古力波,
等你方便慢慢細味,扑碎呢下夠哂治癒!
