Menu ít món hơn bọn mình tưởng. Bàn C gọi 1 gà ko xương truyền thông, 1 ko xương xốt phô mai cay lớn, 1 đùi gà xốt ngũ vị lớn, 1 cá chiên giòn 😗 Mà thực ra đừng gọi như 2 đứa, vì gà truyền thống vs xốt phô mai là cùng loại, mà họ cho xốt bên ngoài rưới lên thôi 🤷
Xốt phô mai ở đây họ dùng Parmesan vs ớt xanh để tạo độ cay 😯 Vị phô mai chưa đc rõ lắm trừ khi ăn trúng miếng dính nhiều xốt vs bột Parmesan, mùi ớt xanh hơi nồng và rất là cay luôn. C thấy ăn khá ok, nhưng xốt ngũ vị cay ngọt ngon hơn nhiều nhé :> Đậm đà, cay vừa phải, ngọt nhẹ dễ ăn, chưa kể họ nhúng cả miếng gà đẫm vào xốt nên thành ra ăn thấm hơn là cái phô mai cay họ cho xốt ở ngoài rưới lên ☺️
Gà rán giòn, nhưng phần không xương hơi khô 1 tí vì là ức gà còn đùi thì vừa chín tới, rất mềm, mọng nước. Ngoài ra khi gọi món trong menu chính sẽ đc dùng quầy buffet có rau, các loại xốt (mù tạt mật ong ngon nhất nha), cơm, rong biển và burger để mình tự chế các món theo ý thích thú vị ghê :>
Nhìn chung thì gà rán ở đây ăn tạm được, ko phải xuất sắc nhưng mà đang giảm giá 50% thì mn nên đi ăn thử biết đâu lại thích :>

We went there without even thinking right after we saw the 50% discount post 🤣 We could smell the fried chicken from the middle of the street! It turned out that they have that fan systems to "push" the smell outside. Oohh, I see what you did there 🤭
Their menu was smaller than we thought tho 🤔 We got 1 small Traditional Boneless chicken, 1 big Five Spices chicken drumsticks, 1 big Spicy cheese boneless chicken, 2 small fried fish. Actually don't order like us, cuz the traditional one and the spicy cheese they use the same kind of chicken, and the cheese sauce is outside, we had to pour the sauce on the chicken 🤷
The spicy cheese here they use pamersan and green chilli. Wasn't cheesy enough because the green chilli overpowered, a bit too spicy. Tasted okay, but the other sauce was way better, still spicy but just right, a little sweet, really nice. They coated the whole big chicken drumsticks too, not just drizzle it like the other one 😅
Crispy and crunchy dough outside, the boneless ones were kinda dry because they're chicken breast. Btw, if you order anything from the main menu, you can use the free buffet stall, with veggies, sauces (recommend the honey mustard), rice, burger buns, seaweed for you to make your own mix of food. Pretty interesting!
In general the food here were okay enough, nothing too special, but you should still try it out, they are still on 50% now, maybe you'll like them.

Spices (Rempah)
Shallots- 100g
Garlic- 6 gloves
Red Chillies- 4 nos
Dried Chillies- 10nos (soaked in water to rehydrate)
Dried Shrimps- 50g (soaked in water to rehydrate)
Method:
Blend ingredients above with some water. After that put some oil into the pan and sauté the blended rempah over medium heat for around 20 minutes.

Soup
Tomato puree- 1 tin (430g)
Tomato soup- 1 tin (425g)
Sweet Potato (orange)- 500g, (boil till soft and blend into a puree)
Chicken stock- 1 litre (can substitute with water)
Prawn heads/ shells- 200g, (roast in the oven or fried in a pan with oil)
Soy sauce- 2 tbsp
Oyster Sauce- 2 tbsp
Method:
Boil chicken stock and prawn heads/shells around 20 minutes. After that strain the stock and discard the prawn heads/shells.
Add tomato puree, tomato soup, sweet potato puree and rempah into the stock. Boil and simmer around 20 minutes. Season with soy sauce and oyster sauce.

Yellow noodles- 600g (blanched)
Bean sprouts- 200g (blanched)
Chicken breast- 1 nos (poached and sliced)
Prawns - 8 nos (boiled and remove the shell)

1.讓肉類快速入味
鹹豬肉
材料:
五花肉 700公克/pork belly 700g
醃料:
蒜泥 60公克/garlic puree 60g
黑胡椒粉 1大匙/black pepper powder 1tbsp.
五香粉 1茶匙/Chinese five spices 1tsp.
鹽 1茶匙/salt 1tsp.
糖 2茶匙/sugar 2tsp.
米酒 2大匙/cooking rice wine 2tbsp.
作法:
1. 五花肉放入真空保鮮袋中,再加入所有醃料,利用袋子將醃料和肉混合抹勻。
2. 放入真空機,選擇【真空/密封鍵】,密封真空後放入冰箱冷藏,醃8小時至入味即可。(一般醃漬約需2天才能入味)
3. 取出放入已預熱的烤箱中,以180℃烤約20分鐘即可。

3. 將真空吸管配件一端插入抽氣孔,另一端插入專用真空罐上,選擇【專用罐真空鍵】,浸泡約6小時至入味。(一般浸泡約需至少1天才能入味)

1. 密封袋中放入雞胸,撒上鹽、白胡椒粉和義大利綜合香料,將醃料和雞胸混合抹勻。
2. 放入真空機,選擇【真空/密封鍵】,密封真空。
3. 萬用鍋內鍋中加入水,放入真空後的雞胸肉。
4. 選擇舒肥,設定65℃、20分鐘。
5. 取出切片即可。
4.單片分裝更新鮮
香煎鮭魚
材料:
鮭魚 1片/salmon 1pcs
黑胡椒粉 適量/black pepper q.s.
鹽 適量/salt q.s.
作法:
1. 將真空袋裁切成需要的大小,再將袋子放入真空機中,選擇【封口鍵】,將其中一端密封。
2. 鮭魚放入真空袋中,撒上鹽和黑胡椒粉,在袋中混合抹勻。
3. 將袋子以放入真空機,選擇【真空/密封鍵】,密封真空後放入冰箱冷藏醃漬約20分鐘即可。
4. 取出將鮭魚放入鍋中,雙面煎至金黃上色且熟即可。

醬油 100公克/soy sauce 100g
糖 1大匙/sugar 1tbsp.
煮蜆仔的水 250公克/stock 250g
作法:
1. 蜆仔用中火隔水加熱至蜆仔微微開口,取出瀝乾。
2. 將蜆仔放入真空保鮮罐中,放入其餘材料,再倒入所有調味料。
3. 將真空吸管配件一端插入抽氣孔,另一端插入專用真空罐上,選擇【專用罐真空鍵】,放入冰箱冷藏約1小時至入味即可食用。(一般醃漬約需1~2天才能入味)
