ในสถานการแบบนี้ การดูแลเอาใจใส่สุขภาพกายและใจเป็นเรื่องสำคัญมากๆ หันมากินอาหารเป็นยากันเถอะ
-ตัดเห็ดเป็นชิ้นเล็กๆ
-เพิ่มสีสันด้วยดอกฟักทอง (ไม่มีไม่เป็นไร)
-โขลกหอมแดง พริก ตะไคร้
-นำทุกอย่างลงผสมกัน ตอกไข่ ใส่ใบแมงลัก ใบมะกรูดซอย คลุกเคล้าให้เข้ากัน
-ปรุงรสตามใจชอบ แพรใส่น้ำปลา สามารถใส่ซีอิ้วขาวแทน หรือเพิ่มปลาร้าก็เด็ดดี
-จัดองค์ประกอบให้สวยงาม แพรเพิ่มสีเหลืองด้วยดอกฟักทอง สีแดงจากดอกเข็มให้น่ารักๆ อาจจะเพิ่ม layer สีเขียวใบแมงลักเข้าไปสักหน่อย
-นึ่ง 15 นาที

Stepping into our 4th month lock down here in Thailand, while we are still waiting for vaccines 💉 (yup! Apparently most of us haven’t the opportunity for it!) I have tried to grow our own food&herbs at home and eating food as medicine. Today I’m sharing you one of the most easy Thai food recipe, which is Steamed mushrooms with herbs in banana leaf. Simply mince mushrooms into smaller pieces, grind shallots, lemon grass and chili, add egg, lime kaffir leaves and lemon Basil, mix everything together, add flavor such as fish sauce, soy sauce or salt.
