所以星期六就同女去體驗一個專為學音樂既朋友而設既瑜珈
YOGA 同平時我地上個D唔同架, 由 SAM - Silver Academy of Music 聲華音樂學院 (SAM) 的Jenny校長與 Happy Kid-ult Yoga 快樂童‧大瑜伽創辦人Vincent哥哥特別為音樂的朋友而創作
YOGA除左配合古典音樂的節奏及感覺，訓練呼吸、強化肩頸背的大肌肉，以至手指的小肌肉~
每課會随一位作曲家的音樂做瑜珈，讓你以身體感受名作及輕鬆地學音樂歷史!
今堂教莫扎特, 小朋友上完堂都仲記得Mozart的事蹟同名曲添~

此外，Jenny校長今堂介紹左單簧管，單簧管的聲音貓叫咁，小朋友一邊聽住單簧管的音樂黎做瑜伽，印象特別深

由意識、身體至律動，全方位地感受音樂，加強專注及耐力，及改善姿勢避免受傷。
令小朋友在愉快歡樂的氣氛下學到音樂之餘亦可以伸展下肌肉。
