Feathered Eggs🍳($138HKD) 喜歡鴨肉的人絕不能錯過！雖然望落似pulled pork, 但其實是經過炆煮的鴨肉🤤 雞蛋visual更是令人難以抗拒！
Smashed Avocado🥑($128HKD) 牛油果份量像山一樣高，出色😍 煙三文魚要另外加$35HKD，但Oppa強烈建議你加！因為牛油果部分調味較淡，配合煙三文魚就完美了。
Been here for dinner before, but it’s my first time getting brunch here. Quite happy with the food quality @elementary.hk in #TaiHang! Esp love the sun-lit lighting on a fine weekend afternoon☀️
Feathered Eggs🍳($138HKD) Duck lovers can’t let this slip by🤤 What looks like pulled pork is actually duck ragu! And let’s not forget how alluring that sunny side-up looks.
Smashed Avocado🥑($128HKD) Love love love this mountain of guac😍 They didn’t mash it all the way, which left chunks of fresh avocado in the mix - spectacular texture! Smoked Salmon requires an additional $35HKD, but I highly recommend that you add it👍🏼 since the guac was very lightly seasoned, the smoked salmon adds just the right amount of saltiness to the dish.

Here we are on the Lion Rock again. Instead of starting our hike from Wong Tai Sin this time, we started from Kowloon Tong and that is a much easier route to get to the top of the Lion Rock 👍🏻⁣

𝐒𝐭𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐏𝐨𝐢𝐧𝐭: 𝐂𝐡𝐮𝐤 𝐘𝐮𝐞𝐧 𝐑𝐨𝐚𝐝, 𝐓𝐬𝐳 𝗪𝐚𝐧 𝐒𝐡𝐚𝐧 慈雲山竹園道⁣
𝐇𝐨𝐰 𝐭𝐨 𝐠𝐨: Take minibus no. 73 from Yau Yat Chuen Public Transport Interchange, Kowloon Tong 又一城公共運輸交匯處⁣

Walk up the stairs after you get off the minibus at Chuk Yuen Road. When you see the entrance of the Lion Rock Park, turn right and walk up the stairs again. This is where your journey begins! ⁣

𝐂𝐡𝐞𝐜𝐤 𝐩𝐨𝐢𝐧𝐭 𝟏: 𝐇𝐨𝐧𝐠 𝐊𝐨𝐧𝐠 𝐌𝐞𝐦𝐨𝐫𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐏𝐚𝐯𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐨𝐧 香港回歸紀念亭 (1 hour from the starting point) ⁣

We saw monkeys along the way. Remember not to feed the monkeys and keep your food and plastic bags away. They have learned to snatch plastic bags from visitors in an attempt to obtain food. ⁣

𝐓𝐨𝐩 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐋𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐑𝐨𝐜𝐤⁣
(1 hour 45 minutes from starting point) ⁣

We spent 1 hour 15 minutes on the Lion Rock, taking photos and enjoying the panoramic view of the Kowloon Peninsula. The mountain top was full of people. ⁣

It took us another hour to go back to the starting point using the same route. ⁣
⁣
𝐇𝐢𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐓𝐢𝐦𝐞: 4 hours⁣
𝐃𝐢𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐮𝐥𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬: Overall, it is not too difficult for a beginner like me. The road going up the lion rock is sandy and not paved well, mind your steps. Don’t stand near the cliff! ⁣

What an amazing day at @spartanracehk 🤩🏆🏔 ran the SUPER 13KM mountain run with 25 obstacles at 1:15:35! As you can see the guys and I was very excited to see my finish time, number 1 at that point but still hundreds of stringer, fitter competitors to go 🙈🤷🏻‍♂️ fingers crossed 🤞🏼 big thanks to all the sponsors for the entertainment and of course the staff and all volunteers for making this the BEST spartan race yet!!! #spartanrace #spartan #spartanracehongkong @ Spartan Race HK

非常懶惰而且體能很差的我居然在大熱天時去了行山
在珀斯的行山徑沒有香港那麼多特別的風景
但有一種比較融入大自然的感覺！！
在秋天春天行山一定會更加賞心悅目

就是我最愛的pizza time
我很喜歡吃Neapolitan style的pizza
聽說是用sourdough作pizza底
是特別chewy的~~
加上用木火燒pizza
真的很好吃
