My Winter AM Skincare Routine
A fast reminder I have a combination dry skin where my T-zone is oily while U zone and under eye are dry. My main skin issue is that my skin is very dehydrated especially during winter at Melbourne and pores issue around my nose.
Step 1: Avene Thermal Spring Water
I will just randomly spray this all over my face after washing it to build up my skin barrier in order to avoid my skin from allergy.
Step 2: Muji High Moisture Toner
I will sometimes tap multiple layers of it on my skin or use it as a mask (湿敷）When I’m running out of time I would just apply 1-2 layers and jump to the next step.
Step 3: The Body Shop Eye Gel
I just use this to prevent any fine lines growing and to moisturise my under eye so makeups won’t look cakey.
Step 4: Bobbi Brown Skin Clarifier No. 75
Mainly apply one drop of this around my T-zone and beside my nose area where I have serious pore problem. Reapply a second drop focussing around my nose area , the main function is pores and oil control.
Step 5: Eaoron Hyaluronic Collagen Essence Gel V
This is my trusted moisturising serum, I apply 2-3 pumps all over my face. It helps in keeping my skin hydrated.
Step 6: The Ordinary 100% Plant-Derives Squalane + Khiel’s Ultra Facial Cream
This is the step to lock everything in, and adding 3-5 drops of Squalane into the moisturiser would increase more moisture for my skin.
Step 7: Sunscreen
I have a few different brands using but I WILL ALWAYS APPLY IT! Preferable sunscreen with SPF50+ PA++++, if you don’t already know sunscreen is very important for me. I would apply 2 layers during summer and 1 during winter, yes including those gloomy winter days I wouldn’t leave my shelter without sunscreen. Repeat over me :no laser treatment is affordable than sunscreen.
I would make sure my skin had ducky absorbed the product before continuing the next step, this is jus a reference on my routine ,skin type differs so do routines.

冬天早晨保养
我的皮肤属于混合偏干肌 T区会油 U区+眼下超干。皮肤最大的问题是干+鼻翼两侧毛孔粗大。
第一步：雅漾喷雾
洗了脸后我会先喷薄薄的一层 一是保湿二来是修复/建立皮肤屏障避免过敏。
第二步：无印良品化妆水（保湿款）
时间允许的话我会拍个5、6、7、8层 或者湿敷，如果赶着出门我就只会拍个1-2遍。
第三步：The Body Shop 眼部啫喱
这个眼霜我最主要是给我的眼下打个底避免后续上妆有卡纹的现象。
第四步：Bobbi Brown No。75
会先挤一滴涂抹T字部位+鼻翼两侧 再挤一滴叠上毛孔问题严重的区域（鼻翼两侧）
第五步：澳洲水光针
我一直把它用作我的保湿精华 用了20支了 在澳洲的冬天真的干到爆炸 是它拯救我的沙漠皮。
第六步：The Ordinary植物萃取角鲨+科颜氏高保湿面霜
这一步是我的锁水步骤啦 加入角鲨可以大大的提升面霜的保湿效果 当然这是因为我的皮肤太干了 一般上可以不加角鲨。
第七步：防晒
我有好几款防晒是换着用的 一般上我选的防晒是SPF50+ PA++++ ，我只要出门就会涂防晒就是没有太阳的大冬天也不例外。夏天的时候我会上两层的防晒 冬天就只上一层。来跟着我念：防晒再贵都不比镭射祛斑贵
虽然我的护肤步骤比较多但是我都会确保护肤品被吸收了才会进行下一步 这只是参考大家依自己的皮肤进行保养。
