Inspired by the Kojiki, the oldest book of Japanese history, which tells us about our roots, artist Daoko will lead us to question the importance of a deep appreciation of Japan's unique culture and nature in today's technologically advanced society. The "Musuhi", the trigger for everything to be born and develop, will be launched from this "Musuhi Musubi" exhibition.

The picture of the rocky beach with waves is Ame-no-zume
And the picture of the profile with hair ornaments is Amaterasu Omikami.
We made this picture with the motif of the Yatagarasu. (Many-clawed crow) ☀️

Con Daoko en el centro, un equipo de prometedores y talentosos creadores y fotógrafos se reunirán en Harajuku, Shibuya en septiembre. ¡Por favor ven y ve los trabajos que hemos creado juntos!☀️

Inspirada por Kojiki, el libro más viejo de la historia japonesa, el cual nos habla sobre nuestras raíces, Daoko como artista nos llevará a cuestionar la importancia de la apreciación profunda sobre la cultura única de Japón y la naturaleza en la sociedad tecnológicamente avanzada de la actualidad. El “Musuhi”, que provoca que todo nazca y se desarrolle, será lanzado desde esta exhibición “Musuhi Musubi”.

Inspiriert vom Kojiki, dem ältesten Buch der japanischen Geschichte, das uns von unseren Wurzeln erzählt, führt uns die Künstlerin Daoko dazu, die Bedeutung einer tiefen Wertschätzung der einzigartigen Kultur und Natur Japans in der heutigen technologisch fortschrittlichen Gesellschaft zu hinterfragen. Der "Musuhi", der Auslöser für alles, was geboren und entwickelt wird, wird von dieser "Musuhi Musubi"-Ausstellung aus gestartet.

Das Bild des felsigen Strandes mit Wellen ist Ame-no-zume
Und das Bild des Profils mit Haarschmuck ist Amaterasu Omikami.
Dieses Bild haben wir mit dem Motive von Yatagarasu (vielklauige Krähe) gemacht.☀️

1. There are two ways to pair your LIGHT STICK VER.3 with your seat: using a mobile App, or visiting a pairing booth onsite. Use one of the ways to pair your LIGHT STICK VER.3
2. If you have any problem with pairing using a mobile App, please visit the pairing booth onsite and get help from the staffs.
3. During the performance, please set your OFFICIAL LIGHT STICK to “Concert Mode” by lifting up the switch.
4. If you are attending to show multiple times, make sure to enter the ticket information that ONLY corresponds to the day you are attending. The OFFICIAL LIGHT STICK VER.3 will be paired with the latest information you have entered.
5. Make sure to use three new batteries. If the battery runs out, the brightness of the light will be weakened and might glow in red.
6. Please sit at the same seat where you have registered for the light stick. Moving to a different seat might affect the stage production.
7. There will be an OFFICIAL LIGHT STICK VER.3 synchronization program during the show.
8. Please be aware that the LIGHT STICK VER.1 & VER.2 do not have pairing function. They will not work with seat synchronization.

บริษัทโตชิบาถือว่าเป็นบริษัทเก่าแก่ที่มีชื่อเสียง และเป็นบริษัทชั้นนำในการคิดค้นสิ่งประดิษฐ์ใหม่ โตชิบาเป็นบริษัทแรกในญี่ปุ่นที่ผลิตหลอดไฟ เครื่องโทรเลข เครื่องซักผ้า เครื่องดูดฝุ่น และ เตาไมโครเวฟ ให้แก่ผู้บริโภคชาวญี่ปุ่น

แต่แล้วเมื่อปี 2015 ผู้บริหารของโตชิบาได้ออกมายอมรับว่าในช่วงปี 2008 - 2015 บริษัทได้รายงานผลกำไรเกินจริงไป 42,000 ล้านบาท หลังจากแถลงข่าวผู้บริหารก็โค้งคำนับเพื่อขอโทษเป็นเวลา 15 วินาที (ตามรูปด้านล่าง) ซึ่งนับเป็นการเสียภาพพจน์ที่ร้ายแรงที่สุดในประวัติศาสตร์ 140 ปีของบริษัท

แต่เหมือนแมลงสาบไม่ได้มีตัวเดียว..

Westinghouse เป็นบริษัทโรงไฟฟ้านิวเคลียร์ที่อเมริกาซึ่งถูกโตชิบาซื้อไปเมื่อปี 2006 เมื่อไม่นานมานี้โตชิบาออกมารายงานว่าบริษัทจะต้องรับรู้ผลขาดทุนเป็นเงินหลายแสนล้านบาท จากปัญหาการก่อสร้างที่ล่าช้า และค่าก่อสร้างสูงกว่าในแผนงาน

โตชิบาได้ขอเลื่อนการประกาศงบการเงินไตรมาส 4 ปี 2016 ออกไป สำหรับในวงการตลาดทุนแล้ว การไม่ประกาศงบการเงินตามกำหนด เป็นสัญญาณที่ไม่ดีเอามากๆสำหรับผู้ถือหุ้น และการกระทำดังกล่าวของบริษัท มีความเสี่ยงที่จะถูกพักการซื้อขายหุ้นในตลาด และถูกถอดออกจากตลาดหลักทรัพย์

มีการคาดการณ์กันว่าการรับรู้ผลขาดทุนของ Westinghouse จะทำให้ส่วนของผู้ถือหุ้นติดลบ ซึ่งหมายความว่าในทางเทคนิคแล้วโตชิบากำลังจะล้มละลาย

ที่น่าสนใจคือ ถ้าย้อนกลับไปเมื่อปี 2015 โตชิบามีส่วนของผู้ถือหุ้นซึ่งสะสมจากการทำธุรกิจมา 140 ปีเป็นเงิน 300,000 ล้านบาท แต่เมื่อโตชิบาผิดพลาด ใช้เวลาแค่ 2 ปีในการทำให้เงินที่สะสมมาหายไปทั้งหมด และตอนนี้แถมหนี้สินมาด้วย

นักวิเคราะห์ให้เหตุผลว่าโตชิบาซื้อ Westinghouse ในราคาที่แพงไป และเหตุการณ์โรงไฟฟ้านิวเคลียร์ที่ฟูกูชิม่าในปี 2011 ทำให้ภาพธุรกิจพลังงานนิวเคลียร์ได้เปลี่ยนไป การสร้างโรงไฟฟ้านิวเคลียร์ต้องการความปลอดภัยที่เข้มงวดขึ้น และทำให้มีต้นทุนที่สูงขึ้นตามมา

และถ้าบริษัทมีส่วนผู้ถือหุ้นติดลบติดต่อกัน 2 ไตรมาส บริษัทก็จะถูกถอดออกตลาดหลักทรัพย์เช่นกัน ตอนนี้โตชิบาจึงจำเป็นต้องหาเงินโดยด่วนจากการขายสินทรัพย์ของบริษัท หรือ จากการเพิ่มทุน

ในวันที่ 29 มีนาคมที่ผ่านมา Westinghouse Electric บริษัทลูกที่อเมริกาได้ยื่นขอล้มละลายเพื่อจำกัดผลขาดทุนเป็นที่เรียบร้อยแล้ว และโตชิบาได้ประกาศว่าจะขายธุรกิจ ชิพหน่วยความจำธุรกิจที่กำไรดีที่สุดของโตชิบา ซึ่งถ้าขายธุรกิจนี้ได้ โตชิบาก็จะได้เงินมาใช้หนี้ และรอดจากการล้มละลาย ธุรกิจเครื่องใช้ไฟฟ้าที่เราคุ้นเคยอาจจะยังอยู่ได้ แต่บริษัทก็จะยังมีหนี้เหลือจำนวนมากอยู่ดีซึ่งอาจจะต้องขายธุรกิจอื่นๆอีกในอนาคต

ทั้งนี้มีหลายบริษัทที่จะเข้ามาร่วมประมูลเสนอซื้อธุรกิจ ชิพหน่วยความจำ จากโตชิบา และบริษัทเหล่านั้นก็คือบริษัท..

Toshiba brings good things to this slogan life. Many people would have heard when they were young. If they mention this name, you would think of Electronics, TV, refrigerator, notebook that have been familiar with a long time, but Toshiba is now in crisis and

Toshiba was founded 142 years ago. The company does not have the main income from Electronics, but the main income is from 3 businesses.
1) power and power plant
2) utilities such as wastewater treatment system, elevator, air, train system.

Toshiba has postponed the 4 financial statement for the capital marketing band. Not announcing the financial statements are very bad sign for shareholders and such actions of the company is at risk of being rested. Trading shares in the market and taken off the stock exchange.

Westinghouse loss awareness is projected to negative shareholders, which means technically Toshiba is going bankrupt.

The interesting thing is that if back in 2015, Toshiba has a part of shareholders collected from doing business for 140 million baht 300,000 million baht. But When Toshiba goes wrong, it only takes 2 years to make money. All the accumulations are gone and now plus debts

Analysts reasoning that Toshiba Bought Westinghouse at an expensive price and Fukushima nuclear power plant incident in 2011, making nuclear power business image has changed. Building Nuclear power plants requires rigorous security and higher costs. Follow me.

And if the company has 2 quarters of negative shareholders, the company will be taken off the stock exchange as well. Toshiba needs to make money urgently from selling company assets or from capital increase.

On March 29th, Westinghouse Electric, the United States gave a bankruptcy to limit the loss. Toshiba announced that Toshiba's best profit memory chip business, which if selling this business is sold. Toshiba will get money to pay debt and survive bankruptcy. The appliances we are familiar with may still be here, but the company will still have a lot of debt that may have to sell other businesses in the future.
