＃Do you still remember why you chose a manual coffee grinder?

＊I drink only one or two cups a day and enjoy grinding with a manual grinder since it makes an aroma while grinding and makes me feel a sense of ritual.

＊I hope to use it at home since it takes up less space and is easy to clean without any tool. It produces fewer fines and doesn’t waste too many coffee beans.

＊I wanna go camping or go on a business trip with it since it doesn’t need electricity and I’m able to share coffee with friends easily.

＊I’m picky with the flavor. Since it is portable, I’m able to make a cup of fresh coffee anytime anywhere.

As you might already know health and nutrition play an important role in my life, I am a qualified wellness coach for nearly 10 years and healthy food is simply my passion. It’s so easy, fresh and healthy for our little bubs when we make it ourselves :) My older girls and me haha are eating some too. Apple, cinnamon, cream and vanilla bean a favourite for the whole family by having it frozen into popsicles xx

This time, Kenny turns into a Nespresso barista, and combined the rich and intensely roasted flavour Corto with fresh milk to create a special milk coffee recipe, the “Mango Coffee Smoothie”.

Recreate this recipe at home by following these simple steps:
1. Pour 120ml mango smoothie into a Nespresso Recipe Glass
2. Using a Nespresso coffee machine, extract 2 espresso shots of Barista Creations – Corto directly into the glass.
3. Create a frappé layer: Pour 50ml fresh milk, 50ml mango smoothie, 2 ice cubes (60g) into a Barista Recipe Maker, and choose “ICE FRAPPÉ” function
