On flexibility in language planning & tracking
Something I'm embracing this year is flexibility, discomfort and not needing to be in control of everything. This can apply not only to life but to language planning too. Most of my efforts should go to actually spending time learning a language, and not trying to perfectly track or plan my language process. 😅
At the end of last year I decided I would write a journal entry every Sunday in Hungarian and Tagalog. I've changed my plan slightly (I embrace this agile mindset to adjust and amend plans as I go!) to rather write a reflection on my week's learnings and study methods. 🌎

Self-care can look different to each individual, but the root of the intention remains the same - a conscious action you take to promote your own well being; mentally, physically and emotionally. How you decide self-care is entirely your personal choice because only you understand what works for you. I cannot stress enough how self-care is vital for building resilience toward life stressors that you cannot eliminate. Self-care, unequivocally, helps you feel better and will equip you to live your best life.
Here are some of the self-care ideas (in my personal opinion) that covers every area of your life :
🌼 A constant skincare routine, in the morning and at night.
🌼 Set digital cut off, one hour before sleep time.
🌼 Provide your body with the required nutrient.
🌼 Be mindful of the information you take in, daily.
🌼 Learn a subject that fascinates you, and keep your mind sharp.
🌼 Watch a movie or read a book that inspires you.
🌼 Practice 30 minutes of physical activity each day.
🌼 Spend atleast 15 mins each day to connect with the Universe.
🌼 Acknowledge and express your feelings on a daily basis.
🌼 Set atleast 5 minutes a day, to write in your diary or journal.

Hey! How is everyone? I hope you're doing fabulous and taking lots of water on a daily basis! That's kinda something to be grateful about already right? HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA
I'm taking a "performance-pause" right now - i guess i could call it that way? Haha, as I'm not currently expressing myself to others as much as I'd always been doing. I don't post any "life update", don't release music, no #OOTD whatever... So not Kim haha... Who's Kim anyway right? She's just figuring out all her sides. Or is it because SUDDENLY I'm so 26??!! HAHAA!! I'm putting a wall between me & a lot of people & even opportunities recently.
I've been good though! I've been going within!! It's a pause that makes me feel like a boost. HAHA, HOW COMPLICATED? I just feel like I needed this, I needed to open my heart to me & my few loved ones.. Close lots of other DOORS...for a while.. so I could take a step back, gain back my energy and understand my thoughts completely ... before telling my stories , sharing my "whys", my lines of reasoning... BALANCING, I GUESS? And I write a lot more these days, both in my journal and in my song list *THANKS GOD FOR THAT*...
I want to share more! But you know, i guess this is enough for you to imagine my journey right now. Thanks for reading! I hope you're still taking care of yourself and your people, AND BE PROUD OF YOURSELF FOR THAT <3
