Taste is on point. This doesn't just looks good but taste really nice. Personal favorite is the Grill Lamb Chop which is also Chef's specialty and bento fried noodle is delicious 😋 . Macam simple saja tu fried chicken but the it taste so good. Can't get over these 2. 🤤🤤🤤

I think kuah beancurd tumpah while I was carrying it earlier opps. Stir fry black pepper needs a bit more sauce. Maybe separate garlic bread from the container to avoid it being soggy. taste good. I also appreciate the cook on the pasta, perfect 👌🏼 Overall amazing. Would love to dine in one day 😍😍😍

*How to Cook RTE by Nicsmann foods*
1) Sous Vide Chicken Chop
- Defrost Chicken chop
- Pan sear 2 minutes each side for browning.
2) Fried Rice
- Heat up pan with little oil
- Cut pouch and pour rice into pan
- Stir fry for 1 minute will do
3) Chicken bolognese pasta
- Put Spaghetti and bolognese sauce pouch into boiling water for 5 minutes
- Cut Spaghetti pouch and pouch spaghetti to plate.
- Cut bolognese sauce pouch pour on top of spaghetti
4) Japanese Lamb curry / Rendang Beef/ Mutton Masala
- Heat pan with little oil
- Cut pouch and pour food into pan
- Stir fry 1 minute will do
5) Lamb Shank
- Put pouch into boiling water for 5-7 minutes
- Cut pouch and serve in plate

When I was a little Girl. Mince Beef (Bolognese in Hong Kong style) Rice with Fried Egg is my top 5 favourite!
My mum loves seeing me eating this dish too coz every time when I had this dish for dinner, I behaved very well without her chasing me to finish. I cleared all the food up with no complaints. At that time,(around 1985s), I met my Dream Prince: Mince Beef Rice with Fried Egg ( I swear it is the supreme one I had ever have).
The difference between the Hong Kong Style one with the traditional Bolognese is that we only use the ketchup instead of canned chopped tomato and fresh tomato. We also don’t use dried/fresh herbs and only use soy sauce and Chinese seasonings.
