You’ve probably heard about morning meditation, but why do we actually need it?
I can’t tell you how many times I’ve asked a friend how they were doing and heard “busy” as a response.
Everyone is busy. I’m busy. There are a million things demanding our time and attention every single day. We’re overwhelmed, and I think that most of us struggle to cope.
I started to do morning meditation practise last year. I’d heard about the benefits of meditation for years.
What is the benefits of meditation?
Meditating causes the pituitary gland in your brain to secrete endorphins. We know about endorphins. They make us feel good, emotionally and physically. Meditation also enhances activity in the area of your brain that’s associated with positive emotions and experiences.
You don’t have to be a yogi or a monk or a deeply spiritual person to see dramatic benefits from meditation.
So when you are ready, I invited you to welcome this new habit into you life.
While I’m doing meditation I love to use this aromatherapy associates the atomiser. It helps me relax my body and focus in the present.
The atomization technology of the hydrotherapy is inhaled, using a separate air compression function to disperse our 100% natural and some essential oils into a fine mist. Ultra-quiet, no need to add water or heat, preserve effective essential oils of our aromatherapy, very few essential oils can let you experience the effects of real aromatherapy.

endorphins function 在 Benjamin Kheng Facebook 的最佳解答
Keeping fit isn't always about "swole-is-the-goal-size-is-the-prize". Aesthetics and function are all good, but I have a little extra incentive. Diabetes runs in my family, so I usually try to keep a healthy lifestyle to minimize that risk.
Slowly trying to clock in a sesh a day; either interval sprints / HIIT, or at least 1.2km in the pool. It gets hard when I'm on the road, and I'm always in and out of fitness, but that post-training ache + endorphins is so worth it. And of course, fighting metabolic diseases and high blood sugar levels.
