Pss.
For the next few weeks, we will be like birds in a cage looking out into the sky 🕊️😢
Okay! Maybe not that bad but considering Melbourne is in a "state of disaster" and we are only allowed 5KM radius from home, it's quite similar to being caged up 🙉
I never thought not able to go food shopping together has so much impact on me😕 Under the new restriction, only one person per household can go out food shopping🌽
York has to be the person doing shopping cz he's the one cooking🍳 Yet I am the one who buys other household items and see what's on special etc😬
So for York going out to shop by himself, it will turn out like the day after the restriction was announced, where he quickly went food shopping after work in case everything gets sold out👀
He bought his favourite oranges and not my apples🍊🍎 I asked why? He said cz he's already bought too much. So I looked into the grocery bag and saw him bought 3 liters of milk!!!
If he only have bought 2 liters of milk and 1 kilo of my apple (cz that's the only fruit I LOVE) then I'd be ok🙄 But no!!! 3 liters of milk for the week when I don't even drink milk just makes me think he doesn't consider about me😠
Then I read this post by @thepsychologysisters, which made me felt better and decided to forgive😌 It pretty much summed up like this⤵️
"Just remember that we've been stuck in a fight or flight mode since March. It's ok if you haven't been as productive as you would have liked, learnt a new skill, exercised everyday etc💪
We're suffering a collective stress response, it's admirable if we're able to even just make it through the day.
Our work, home and social environment has changed, we've had to adopt to a new and unfamiliar way of living👀
We had to cancel events that normally give our brain a break and provoke a sense of fun, normality, social cohesion and relaxation.
When we're in constant fight or flight, we begin to burn out. Our brain is stuck in survival mode, meaning we're less able to regulate our emotions and think normally🙁 It makes sense we're exhausted, burnt out and lacking any motivation at the moment.
We've been hit with 5 months of adrenaline, norepinephrine and stress hormones which can have devastating impacts on our emotional regulation, psychological and physical wellbeing💔
So if you're feeling tired, constantly sad, frustrated for no reason, ruminating on what could have been for 2020, please know that you are not alone, this is completely normal emotional reaction to Covid-19💕"
So ya, because of this post, it made decided to try not to forget how lucky we are still have a home🏠 Try not to let negativity take over and still try to be grateful 🙏
Ps. It still sucks seeing everyone traveling around the globe cz their government thinks economy is more important than health...😅

The Dallas Mavericks are developing a knack for letting easy wins turn into tough ones.
In their first game since needing overtime to salvage what was once a 20-point lead, the Mavericks needed double overtime to beat the Philadelphia 76ers 125-122 Wednesday night after letting a 15-point fourth-quarter lead slip away.
"We keep shooting ourselves in the foot," said Antawn Jamison, who scored 23 points. "We have to understand the urgency of the situation. We have to fight and stay competitive."
These close games are only part of the emotional ups and downs coach Don Nelson has gone through this week. Before tipoff, he spent about a half-hour discussing his job status with team owner Mark Cuban, with Cuban telling Nelson, "You ain't going anywhere." The topic has become a source of speculation because the team has yet to get on a roll this season.
The Mavs responded through three quarters, going up 85-70 early in the fourth. Helping Antoine Walker notch a second straight triple-double seemed to be all that was left, especially considering that Philadelphia was without injured starters Kenny Thomas and Derrick Coleman.
But the 76ers started nailing 3-pointers and even went up by four in the final three minutes of regulation. Neither team led by that much again.
"No moral victories," said Philadelphia's Allen Iverson, who had five 3-pointers and finished with 31 points, eight rebounds and seven assists.
"We had opportunities to win the game, we just couldn't get it done. That's the sad part about everything. The game was right there for us to win. We just didn't execute the way we needed to down the stretch."
Dirk Nowitzki helped win it with five points in the second overtime, including the go-ahead jumper with 24.1 seconds left. He finished with 25 points and 14 rebounds.
Michael Finley had 32 points. Walker got his milestone with 11 points, 17 rebounds and 13 assists -- but shot 4-of-19 and fouled out in the final minute of the second overtime.
The Mavs certainly could've done without the extra 10 minutes; at 3:14 it was the longest game in team history. And this was their only home game in a stretch of five games in seven days that concludes Friday at Denver and Saturday at Portland.
Dallas ended up allowing it most fourth-quarter points all season, 37. Philadelphia scored its most points of the season, aided by great 3-point shooting: 9-of-12 in the fourth quarter and first overtime. The 76ers went 0-for-3 in the second OT.
Glenn Robinson had 34 points and seven rebounds, and Samuel Dalembert set career highs with 24 points and 16 rebounds.
In the fourth quarter, Dallas recovered to lead by two with 20 seconds left. Robinson tied it with 14.9 seconds left, then Finley missed a 20-footer at the buzzer.
Iverson and Nowitzki traded 3s in the first overtime, then with 21.9 seconds left the 7-foot Nowitzki lost the ball out of bounds while trying to back down 6-foot-3 Eric Snow. It was only the fourth turnover for Dallas; three would've tied the NBA record.
Aaron McKie, playing only his second game after missing seven straight with a strained hamstring, had a jumper go in and out at the buzzer.
Nowitzki hit a jumper for the first points in the second overtime. Philadelphia tied it, but never led again.
The key basket was a 15-footer by Nowitzki that made it 122-120. It came at the end of a wild series that began with him missing a shot, Jamison missing two follows, then 5-foot-11 Travis Best snagging that rebound in the paint and feeding Nowitzki.
Dalembert missed one of two free throws with 18.5 seconds left when he could've tied it at 122.
After Best made two foul shots to put Dallas back up by three, Snow missed one of two free throws. Then Finley went 1-of-2 from the line, giving Philadelphia one last chance.
Snow wasted it by putting up an airball on a 3-pointer.
Coleman missed a second straight game with a sprained left knee. Thomas, who was averaging 10.9 points and 12.7 rebounds the last six games, sat out because of a sprained right ankle.
Game notes
The Mavs played their first back-to-back overtime games since 1998. ... Walker became the first Dallas player with consecutive triple-doubles since Jason Kidd did it Jan. 12-13, 1996. Kidd also did it April 5-7, 1995. ... On the day the second-winningest coach in league history was told his job was safe, the league's all-time winningest coach returned as Lenny Wilkens was hired to run the New York Knicks. "Good," Nelson said. "Put it (the wins record) out of sight. That's fantastic." Wilkens has 1,292 wins; Nelson has 1,118.

Michael Jordan got the start and provided one more lasting moment. But it was all Kevin Garnett at the finish.
The 52nd NBA All-Star Game was Jordan's last and filled with firsts as the Western Conference exhausted the Eastern Conference 155-145 in a double-overtime thriller.
Given a surprise start as Toronto's Vince Carter stepped aside, Jordan appeared to make yet another of his seemingly endless series of game-winning shots. The superstar swingman of the Washington Wizards threw in a high-arcing jumper from the right baseline over Phoenix's Shawn Marion that gave the East a 138-136 lead with 4.8 seconds left in the first overtime, bringing a roar from the Philips Arena crowd.
"I didn't think it was going to go in, but it went in," said Marion, who was victimized for a game-winning shot by Jordan in Phoenix last season.
"I thought it was the game-winner, but anything can happen in an NBA game," Jordan said.
Anything did. A foul call on a three-point attempt put Los Angeles Lakers guard Kobe Bryant at the line for three free throws with one second to go. Bryant made just two free throws to tie the game.
"The first thing when Kobe got up, he said, 'I can't believe he called that,'" said Indiana forward Jermaine O'Neal, who committed the foul.
Bryant's free throws forced an unprecedented second extra session, which belonged entirely to Garnett.
The 7-footer of the Minnesota Timberwolves -- who played shooting guard earlier in the game -- took the smaller Carter into the low post for three straight jumpers. He added a foul shot for a 145-138 lead with 3:38 remaining, and the West never trailed again.
"It looked like old 23 crept back in the building and was trying to take the game, but for the most part, we hung together and won," Garnett said.
Garnett collected his first All-Star Game MVP award as he scored 37 points on 17-of-24 shooting and added nine rebounds and five steals. His points were the most in an All-Star Game since Jordan scored 40 in 1988.
"The All-Star Game is not about individual," said Garnett, an unselfish superstar. "It's totally a group effort. It's a time for you to share stories, good times, emotional times with your teammates."
Jordan, who turns 40 in eight days, gave Garnett some stories to share. He started very slowly and even missed a dunk in the first quarter. But he became the all-time leading scorer in the All-Star Game late in the third quarter and finished with 20 points on 9-of-27 shooting.
"I think I got a chance to enjoy some good young company tonight," Jordan said.
Some of that company joined Jordan on the Eastern Conference. Guards Allen Iverson of Philadelphia and Tracy McGrady of Orlando -- both of whom offered their starting spot to Jordan -- scored 35 and 29 points, respectively. But it wasn't enough to prevent the East from dropping to 32-20 in the all-time series.
"I was going to try to forget my jersey in the locker room," McGrady said. "That way (Jordan) had to start and go out there."
Bryant scored 22 points and Steve Francis of Houston added 20 for the West, which erased an eight-point deficit in the last two minutes of regulation and blew a seven-point lead in the last two-plus minutes of the first overtime.
San Antonio's Tim Duncan had 19 points and 15 rebounds and the Lakers' Shaquille O'Neal had 19 and 13. It was the sixth overtime All-Star Game and the first since 1993 in Utah.
Although the first quarter was the lowest-scoring opening period in 50 years and the first half the lowest since 1976, the game fell three points shy of the highest-scoring contest, another overtime affair in 1987.
The pace seemed to quicken a bit after a halftime ceremony in which Jordan was serenaded by Mariah Carey, who wore No. 23 jerseys of Chicago and Washington while performing three songs, including "Hero."
"I thank you for your support," a visibly humbled Jordan said to the crowd. "I leave the game in good hands."
"The halftime ceremony was something I'll remember for a long time," said Francis, who was playing in his second All-Star Game. "I felt like he was talking to me when he said the NBA was going to be in good hands."
McGrady took the third quarter into his hands, scoring 17 points to give the East a 93-86 lead. With 2:04 to go in the period, Jordan sank two free throws to move past Kareem Abdul-Jabbar (251 points) as the all-time leading scorer.
The West overtook the East at 102-100 on a dunk by Shaquille O'Neal with 8:14 to go, but McGrady responded with a three-pointer. Three jumpers by Jordan and a drive by Iverson pushed the lead to 116-106 left and tightened the MVP race.
It appeared to be Jordan's when he flipped in a left-handed shot on 7-footer Dirk Nowitzki of Dallas for a 120-112 lead with 1:58 to play. But he missed shots on three consecutive possessions, allowing the West back in it.
"I wanted it to be a competitive game," Jordan said. "It was a fun ending anyway you look at it."
Bryant had a chance to win it when he was fouled with 17 seconds left but split the pair, and Marion partially blocked Jordan's jumper at the other end.
Despite eight overtime points from Iverson, the East looked dead when Francis hammered home a lob for a 135-128 bulge with 2:09 remaining. But McGrady and New Jersey's Jason Kidd scored four points each as the East surged to a 136-135 edge with 33 seconds left. A free throw by Shaquille O'Neal tied it.
"It's easy to come in with the attitude that you are just going to run down the court and jump around and not play hard, but that's not what it is about," Iverson said. "I think the fans deserve more than that."
The fans got a huge treat when Carter -- who had been criticized for keeping his starting spot -- stepped aside for Jordan in a classy move.
"This is a storybook ending for Michael," Carter said. "I'm sure I'll have another opportunity to be in the All-Star Game, and this is how it's supposed to be."
"I felt like he had taken a beating and he shouldn't have," Jordan said. "I think he was being very respectful."
But Jordan missed eight of his first 10 shots, and the poor shooting was contagious. The East held a pedestrian 23-18 lead after one period and the West held a 55-52 halftime edge.
