Unfortunately, his medical procedure had to be cancelled for now because the doctor who is going to carry out the procedure tested positive for coronavirus. Sadly, the procedure had to be postponed to a later date - InshaAllah.

【消暑法寶】夏天可準備退熱貼看門口

你貼對了退熱貼嗎？
夏天天氣酷熱難當，如要進行戶外活動，除了準備防曬品及飲品，不忘帶備降溫小幫手 —— 退熱貼。退熱貼利用物理降溫的原理，透過水凝膠及清涼劑帶走熱能，達到局部降溫散熱的效果。平日發燒用退熱貼會貼在額頭，但如作消暑用途，可貼在大椎穴（頸後正中，明顯突起的骨頭位置）、肩井穴（肩部肌肉最高處，脊椎及大椎的中間點）、內關穴（前臂掌側，手腕橫紋向手肘方向2寸），這些穴位有助清熱消暑，也剛好是皮膚較薄部位易於散熱。退熱貼非常方便使用，但要注意皮膚有損傷或皮膚敏感人士慎用。如沒有退熱貼，用濕毛巾冷敷效果亦相若。

Are you using antipyretic stickers correctly?
The weather during summer can be unbearable. If we plan to carry out outdoor activities, on top of sunscreen and beverages, we should also prepare something that can reduce our body temperature – the antipyretic stickers.

Based on the principles of cooling, hydrogels and cooling agents can reduce the heat at specific regions of the body. When we develop a fever, we can place the sticker on our forehead. But to clear the summer-heat, we can stick it around the ‘Da Zhui’ acupoint (right in the middle of the neck behind where a bone protrudes).

We can also place it on the ‘Jian Jing’ acupoint (the peak of the shoulder muscles; the mid-point between the spine and ‘Da Zhui’) and the ‘Nei Guan’ acupoint (on the palmar side of the forearm; 2 inches above the transverse crease of the wrist).

Targeting these acupoints can clear the summer-heat more effectively, as their epidermis layers are thinner. Having the antipyretic stickers around us might be convenient, but individuals with skin sensitivity or skin diseases must use them with care. Alternatively, we can also use a wet towel to achieve a similar effect.

カプコン【モンスターハンター：ワールド】の大剣をダンボールで作ります。
ブレイズブレイドをモチーフに、大きさと変形ギミックを再現しました。
長さの違う5本のブレードを柄のプッシュロッドで出し入れできます。
全長2.5ｍ、重量約5㎏とかなり重いです。
一般人のダンボールおじさんは持っているだけで精いっぱいです。

巨大な剣は自宅から運び出すのも一苦労。担いで歩けば周囲の迷惑になる事間違いなしです。
「5㎏？軽いじゃん」と思う方もいるかもしれませんが、長さが2.5mもあるとかなりの負荷がかかります。

ゲーム本編でも大剣は抜刀時に動きが遅くなりますが、なるほど納得、これを前に構えて軽快に走り回るのは無理です。腰を痛めます。

ハリウッド版の大剣がちょっと短いのにもやっぱり理由があるんですね。

ちなみに、この大剣を鉄で作ると300㎏前後になると思われます。装備を含めると、ハンターの体重は600~700㎏くらい。軽自動車並みになる計算です。
たぶん、地面に足がめり込んで歩くのも一苦労でしょう。
いやー、ハンターって本当にすごいですね。

I will be making a Great Sword from Capcom [Monster Hunter: World] with cardboard.
I enlarged and modified the size and recreated the blaze blade motif.
By operating the push rod on the handle, 5 blades with different lengths can be inserted and pushed out.
It is quite heavy with a total length of 2.5 m and a weight of about 5 kg.

It is hard to carry a huge sword from home. It is certain that it will be a nuisance if I carry it around.
Some people may think, "5 kg? That’s light" but if the length is 2.5m, it is quite heavy.

Even in the main part of the game, the big sword moves slowly when you draw out the sword, I understand enough, that I cannot easily run around with this in front of me. I have a backache.

No wonder why the Hollywood version of the Great Sword is a bit shorter.

By the way, it is thought that it would be around 300 kg if this Great Sword is made of iron. Including the equipment, the weight of the Hunter is around 600 to 700 kg. That is the weight of a mini car. Perhaps it would be hard to walk with your feet buried in the ground.
Hunter is really amazing.

參加婚禮沾沾喜氣～

Cindy的親戚要結婚了（恭喜啊～！），我功夫班傑就和他一起參加一場戶外的婚禮儀式和婚宴，真的要說，簡直就是一場典型浪漫的婚禮～因為我們的婚禮也快到了，所以必須來觀摩一番，當個一日實習生！

Wedding is once a lifetime opportunity!

Cindy’s cousin is getting married, and since ours is coming soon (Benji proposed!), we are here at this wedding as two very hard working interns!

We walked around and collected as many footage as possible, and found out that, wow, there are so many things to be done, and the sooner we start preparing, the better! We listed 10 things that we may need to pay extra attention to (below):

場地選擇在出名的顏氏牧場，室外室內空間都很大，新郎新娘也精心挑選豔麗氣質的金色與白色擺飾，讓整場婚禮有著幸福快樂的滋味～
