120 g 煮熟鷹嘴豆
1/2 Tbsp 玉米澱粉
1/2 Tbsp 薄鹽醬油
1/2 Tbsp 糯米醋
少許 白胡椒粉
後來加入醬料：
1 瓣蒜瓣
1 小瓣薑
1 tsp 有機蔗糖
1/2 Tbsp 醬油
1 tsp 番茄醬
1/2 tsp 芝麻油
拌炒：
適量 植物油
1 瓣蒜瓣
1/2 朵青花菜, 切成小花
1 小段辣椒, 切細
少許 蔥花
#2 沒有鮪魚的鷹嘴豆“鮪魚”三明治 02:53
1 人份
120 g 煮熟鷹嘴豆
1/8 洋蔥, 略切碎（（影片沒切是我太懶了:P）
1/2 tsp 黃檸檬汁
1/8 tsp 黑鹽(Kala Namak), 或海鹽
1/4 tsp 黃芥末醬
1/4 tsp 粗粒黑胡椒粉, 可依個人口味調整
少許 芫荽粉

2/3 米杯糙米或白米
1/3 米杯 藜麥 （我用紅藜麥＋白藜麥）
1 米杯 水
2 Tbsp 莎莎醬
少許 孜然粉
少許 芫荽粉
40 g 煮熟鷹嘴豆
拌炒：
1 tsp 橄欖油
1 瓣蒜瓣, 切末
1/4 洋蔥, 切絲
~30g 胡蘿蔔, 切細條
1/2 tsp 現磨黑胡椒
適量 新鮮芫荽 （切碎）
隨意 番茄醬

Can you believe I've never been to Cameron Highlands?? It was as jammed as they said it would be, but when Cameron Highlands Resort were doing a 1-for-1 promo, I took the chance! I'm really enjoying Cuti Cuti Malaysia while borders are still closed, but trying to avoid the crowds is getting harder and harder. I promise to keep looking and keep you updated though!
